All traveler inquiries are sent directly to the host who processes the payments. We do not have access to any payment or reservation information, you the traveler procure with a host. FLARBO recommends that all travelers use a credit card to book reservations with hosts to ensure you have protection. Travel insurance is also a good idea to protect your vacation rental investment. This information is clearly found in our terms, traveler FAQs and on inquiry notifications. As a first step we recommend you contact the host directly to work out a compensation package. Secondly, we highly recommend that you contact your credit card provider to start a charge back process based on your experience. Thirdly, if you haven't already please contact us on our website to lodge a complaint against the Host. We take the advertisement of accurate properties seriously and will investigate on our end.
