Everything was explained from the start of the booking until the end .
My experience was great, the agent was very patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind on the dates I wanted to travel. I don't like scrolling through the Internet for flights options so I was happy that the agent could do that and take the pressure off me. Communication was brilliant each and everything was explained step by step. I was even told I would need to apply for a ESTA visa. I would recommend this company for a stress free booking.
