We brought Universal and Disney tickets for a trip to Florida for 2 adults in July 2024. We booked when they were 5% off making it the cheapest we could find them. We paid a deposit then we were able to pay any amount we wanted whenever we were able to before a deadline. Which was great and meant that I could pay separately to the friend I was going with. The Disney ticket codes were sent to us via email so I could add them to my app which was great. Our universal tickets arrived by post. They advised to take pictures of your tickets which was very helpful as I left the universal tickets in the hotel on the first day but they were luckily able to replace them.

I purchased tickets through Floridatix after shopping around and found that although they were slightly more expensive than some of the competition, a TopCashback offer was being advertised, which added value to the process. This coupled with generally good reviews not only led to me purchase, but also recommend to a wider group who were travelling with us, who also needed tickets. I purchased in May 22, used the tickets in Aug 22, yet am still waiting for my cashback ? and so are all of my friends. I have chased several times only to be told the same thing, just wait. I think 6 months is more than enough time to have waited and now just believe Floridatix have no intention of honouring their original promise. I feel totally deceived and wont consider them again.
