The flowers were so bad my girlfriend refused to accept delivery!
The flowers delivered by florist.od.ua were of such low quality that my girlfriend actually refused to accept delivery of the bouquet. She called the flower shop numerous times and tried to work with the owner to seek an acceptable compromise, but the owner didn't want a compromise. She wanted extra money for a second delivery and refused to accept that the flowers were not of the quality promised. When I posted my negative review on Google, the owner tried to suggest that the flowers were refused because my girlfriend did not want to accept a gift from me, in order to cast doubt on my complaint about the poor quality of the flowers. This is a ridiculous lie. They do not treat their online customers with respect and decency. The owner is a scammer, do not do business with this florist.
