In the event of a product arriving damaged due to poor packaging you will not get a replacement product, instead you will have to spend a minimum of £25 and pay postage costs to buy the product again.. while at their convenience they will offer a refund for the original damaged item because it is more cost effective than offering good customer service and replacing the product at their own cost. That's just rude.
I was a bit skeptical about ordering as has seen bad reviews, but I couldn’t resist as the stuff on the website looked amazing & I'm not disappointed. Stuff came quicker than expected & delighted with it all. I’ve just placed another order!
Just wanted to write this as I was worried when I read the other trustpilot reviews. I ordered 10 glass candle lanterns on the 12th Nov to ship to me in the UK. They arrived today 18th Nov and the packing of them (as they were glass) was very very thorough exactly as described and good quality. Will definitely order again

Shocking. Really poor customer service I keep getting the same question via email I have answered to each time! I want a refund , they couldn’t send my item due to restrictions, it’s no use it arriving after Christmas, why ask someone “what do you want to do” if they then don’t seemingly want to do it? And frankly I find that response unprofessional and rude like all their correspondence, would never use again or recommend, ps the original order confirmation and updates are all in German. Please sort a refund for goodness sake
