BE VERY CAREFUL, this company advertises as it’s based in 🇬🇧 IT IS NOT. The business is based in Romania and they get there products from CHINA!! Yes it’s misleading on all areas.
ANYWAY BACK TO MY ORDER, i ordered a Large jumper but this is more like a MEDIUM! Contacted these cowboys you get NO REPLY. Rubbish service, for a rubbish product from a rubbish customer service.

Trying to get a refund is tough, but a tip is, if you want to keep something you ordered, contact them and say you want a refund and they’ll offer you a discount to keep it. Otherwise don’t bother ordering as if you want an easy quick refund process without excuses as to why they can’t then don’t bother

It says UK based but on returning the clothes I was told it had to be sent to China. It cost me £12 and they are now not responding to my emails WITH proof of return. Do not buy from this company as they are crooks.
