DO NOT order from this company! I placed an order 6 months ago and only yesterday did I finally get a refund, and that was after making several return requests, emailing photos of what I was returning a few times, and sending proof of postage several times. After about 4 months they finally gave me a partial refund but when I asked them where the rest of my refund was I was told, yet again, they needed a tracking number! I said that they had it as, as why would they give me a partial refund when everything was posted in the same package with the same tracking number! It was only when I told them I was fed up going round in circles and that I would be taking the matter to a small claims court did they say they would refund me in full which I FINALLY got yesterday. After reading reviews about others who were told to remove their negative review before they would be given their refund, I waited till the money was back in my bank before I wrote this review. Their customer service, if you can call it that, is diabolical. You can’t speak to anyone in person and it takes them at least a week to answer your emails, apart from the time I told them I was taking them to the small claims court, and they would have to pay court costs....funny how they replied to that one straight away! It is very frustrating to say the least, but I think that this is their way to make you give in and give up, but don’t! Take them all the way, better still, don’t order from them in the first place!
There wasn’t an option for 0 stars, so I had to give them one star but even that is far too generous. Needless to say, I will never order from them again, nor recommend them.

THEY THEN REPORTED ME TO TRUST PILOT AS NOT BEING A GENUINE CUSTOMER.
I WAS ABLE TO SUPPLY TRUST PILOT WITH PLENTY OF EVIDENCE TO SHOW I WAS A GENUINE CUSTOMER.
AVOID THIS COMPANY ,THEY ARE KEEPING MY MONEY AND I AM A PENSIONER....THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Just trying to get them to acknowledge I've sent a return request, (6th time lucky maybe), is time consuming and very frustrating. They are happy to take your money but so slow (if ever) to process a return request. Heavens only knows how the money will ever be returned to me. My advice, if you like a project, buy through Floryday. It's a full-time job to get a response, head-alone a refund.

I ordered a swimsuit on 4/20/2020. Money was taken out of my account immediately. I waited 3 weeks and sent them an email. Responded with sorry COVID bs. After 6 weeks I requested a refund and was told no. Today is 6/6/2020 and now I can't even track my order. Totally unacceptable!! How many people's money have they taken? My order was 27.98.

FloryDay responded to my scathing review. They requested order #s for the two dresses I bought. I had already supplied that information to FloryDay twice.
Not only do they try to cheat you with trash merchandise delivered weeks late, they delay and lie during the return process.
I still do not have my $125 back. Avoid this Chinese scam company like the plague.

Absolutely the most horrible experiance ever!!! 18 emails back and forth ... regarding returns, the products are cheap junk, not as shown, and returning is a NIGHTMARE!!! no customer service phone number, also bribed to change my review. Got refunds finally what a HORRIBLE experiance. should have checked reviews first!!!

PEOPLE! good news (well, comparatively good) FloryDay paid my money back to me. They said it'd happen within 2 weeks or so, but i got the money today (the day they emailed their final decision).
Still, hoping to get my dress some day! it was a birthday present...and i really really loved the design! Maybe your complaints will be heard too?

Response from floryday in regard to my previous post. Magnanimously they say they will refund 100% (no mention of the postage) although it will take up to 30 days to hit my credit card. What utter tosh, they have had the returned goods since 15 July. They also instructed me how to remove my previous posting!! It appears like blackmail to me.

Floryday is a total scam. I ordered, my dress arrived late, no problem with that. However, the dress was of very poor quality, i requested for the address to return. Floryday provided, I shipped the dress and to date no refund and they deleted all our conversation from their website. Floryday are robbers, if you see this review, please dont buy from them. They are thieves.

Very bad quality after waiting too long to deliver the items. They didn’t refund my items sent my wrong item.

Bought two dresses, none were as seen in the pictures nor the correct size. Conntacted their support and received automatic but very slow response. After a lot of hazzle I made the return but had to pay a hefty amount, around 40 dollars. Not a pleasant experience.

Ordered beginning of may it is June 29th I haven’t received my order yet have no idea where it is I’m absolutely getting sick of these people they shouldn’t be able to have a website up and scamming people they need taking down now this is uncalled for. Then they only give an email they need a number for refunds because they don’t answer the emails the correct way. We need to get them shut down and I see reviews on items being way to small so guaranteed mine will be and I’m A smaller woman. We all need to do something about this scamming website immediately!!

I placed my order with FloryDay on the 18th May. 1st June they said it was shipped. Nothing has arrived and I can get no reply to my emails. I have lost only 47euros so never again will l deal with this company.

My order arrived pretty quickly. The quality of the items was really nice. I was impressed.

I didn't want to keep all the items, so I opened a return ticket as instructed. They said they'd sent me the US Warehouse address to return the items to in 24 hours. When days went by, I opened a second return ticket, thinking I must have done something wrong. Same response from them. It's now two weeks, and I still haven't gotten the address for returns. And because of this stupidity, they are now forcing my hand to dispute the charge on my credit card, plus they won't get the clothes back, which I was happy to do.

UPDATE: I think it's only fair to follow up on my review. Floryday got in touch with me, I was provided the return address and have received my credit. I found them nice to deal with, once I was able to.

Dont buy anything from this Shop.
I bought a chiffon blouse in blue / beige and delivered a polyester blouse in blue-washed white rather greyish. The size 40 is already a size larger than I need, is much too tight on the shoulders and back. I would have been really looking forward to the nicely pictured blouse and arrived is an ugly thing, in full synthetic and too small.

Don't do it!

I'm an idiot. Not only did the top I ordered take ages to arrive, but when it did, it is of ridiculously poor quality. So basically, I've paid £27.00 for something I could have bought on the high street for less than a fiver.

Well, I guess this is a case of 'lesson learnt'. It's my own fault for getting lured in through lock down laziness and boredom...

Well, Ive been scammed! Stay away from this company! Been trying to contact them for two months! Now, all of the sudden, my order is no longer shown as in the shipped status, it just doesn't exist! Grateful I only lost $137.00!! Be warned!

disgraceful behaviour from FLORYDAY - they have taken my money - NOT RESPONDED to one email - the whole thing is a scam. i am now having to go via my bank and have reported it as a fraud. i must have emailed FLORYDAY 20 times - they have taken my money and it is a disgrace. they heed to stop taking money from innocent people in the uk

My situation has been settled after many emails, and two complaints filed on Trustpilot. I have received my merchandise, and I am very satisfied with it,

I had to file complaints with my bank for the money I lost money from a swindle claiming they were representatives of Floryday. I do not believe these people were part of the FloryDay Company, but just seen an opportunity. The sad truth is the opportunity was due to FloryDay customer satisfaction.

I have worn the blouses I have brought, and have received nothing but positive complements. I would love to order more and recommend this company to my colleagues, but due to my own experience and headache, I could not.
