I used Flothemes in 2019 to set-up my website. While I did the whole set-up myself after purchasing their theme they have always been more than helpful.

Yesterday, I tried to log into my website which gave me an error and wouldn't let it happen. I was feeling panicked and preparing myself to have to start fresh, but I decided to reach out to the Flothemes support team. I didn't have the support assistance anymore (you have to pay for support after one year) but they mention for tech problems this is typically free support regardless.

They solved my problem within 24 hours, and I don't have to start a new website like I was getting ready to do. Flothemes communicated quickly and were quite friendly! While getting started with Flothemes was tricky, I know when I do revamp my website I will use another theme through them because of the support team. It also helps that the themes are beautiful haha!

Flotheme is the perfect match with speed and elegance. It's the perfect theme for photographers or any professional who works with images and wants to keep the speed high without leaving the possibility to have elegant design apart.
What definitely makes the difference with the other theme is the professionalism of the support team. I used to use Avada before enjoy the Flotheme family and I was frustrated, alone with a rude and disrespectful support team. Since I started with Flotheme I feel work with people who really take care of my issues and needs.
My restyling process is becoming simple and I can see the improvements, I can touch them. I see every change and improvement and I know they really put efforts in any things they do. I always have answers to every question I have.
If you will chose Flotheme you will give to your images the right dignity and you will save lots of time thanks to a very skilled team.
I think I will never change theme in the future. I've found my way with them. My life it's easier now

Beautiful themes and amazing support!

I love everything about Flothemes, whenever I've an issue they promptly solve it, after updating the theme to the latest version I had a bug in my blog pages, even though the paid assistance was expired, they solved the problem within a few hours (as it was a bug) !

DO NOT BUY A THEME FOR YOUR WEBSITE!!!

We had our website running the Fiji theme. Went to go on the site yesterday and it's completely not working. Dropped off Google, no enquiries coming through. No help from Flothemes.

They have discontinued the theme and advised themes are only supposed to run for 2 years. WHAT? Who would build their website with a theme in the knowledge that it could be shut down and the website completely unusable WITHOUT NOTICE at any point after 2 years.

I am horrified at the service from this company.

FYI this has real world consequences, my website is where I get all my work. We have just suffered through the pandemic unable to work for over a year and now all my hard work on SEO and getting on page 1 of Google is totally trashed.

I'm a brand and web designer and working with Flothemes has been a dream. Their themes are gorgeous and the support team is responsive, thoughtful and kind. I'd highly recommend working with them and will definitely be using them for future projects.

I was nearly hiring a developer that would have assisted me during a year for all the front-end interventions I needed, but considering how fast, polite, and available the Flotheme's team was, I decided to subscribe to the annual membership. The price is really nothing compared to the assistance you receive.

Beautiful themes, always updating things/ creating new features, themes and so on and they make sure they are meeting clients expectations by asking them what they want etc. Always very responsive and efficient client service and a nice facebook community! Definitely recommend !

I decided to try a flothemes solution for my photography site. I had not idea in web development for that reason a pre build theme was my only option. The guys in team is professionals they helped me multiple times to fix mistakes trough building prosses i made. Most of the times i received an answer an help for my issues in few hours. Also there is noobie guide following all themes to help you set up a site without be a pro. Recommended!

We used them to build our website. Their templates look very professional, modern and clean. They are also fairly easy to customize once you get familiar with them. We are happy with the Customer Service so far.
