Great day, learning breadmaking skills in easy relaxed setting

Neil guided us through from the basics of bread making to more advanced skills & techniques with something to learn for bakers of all abilities. His knowledge of the subject is vast and his enthusiasm for baking is infectious. The results were also great, giving participants the confidence to replicate at home !

Great day's baking

Great day's baking, lots of hands on learning with plenty of variety of bread to take home. Small group so lots of interaction with instructor - as well as the others on the course. The booklet to take home was really helpful as I have all the recipes available (my favorite is the foccacia which I make most weekends!). Would recommend fully - just be prepared to stand up most of the day and have a good upper body workout (all that kneading!)

Great day learning to bake different…

Great day learning to bake different types of bread, bagels and nans. Good pace and relaxing atmosphere - and I took everything I made home to share with friends/put in freezer for later. Since the course I have used the recipe leaflet provided to replicate some of the recipes - and amazing they have turned out really tasty too! The focaccia is my favourite. Would definitely recommend this day and the overall experience.
