I first used Flow-Right about 3 or 4 years ago, when my boiler broke down 2 weeks before Christmas. I was paying £35pcm for British Gas boiler care (with electric & plumbing covered too), only to be told the earliest an engineer could be with me was the end of January!

I decided to just replace my 20+ year old boiler and researched the one I wanted. I phoned quite a few heating engineers and Stephen at Flow-Right was the only person who had one in stock (Covid supply problems) AND could fit it for us urgently so we had heating & hot water. He basically saved our Christmas!

He was absolutely brilliant, fitting the boiler and very affordable. The boiler has worked without any problems since it was installed. He's just finished our latest annual boiler service today and as always has done a fast job for an affordable price. Communications are easy & polite and Stephen himself is always very pleasant and respectful of our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Stephen has been servicing our boiler since 2021 when he installed it and has always been efficient and reliable. Holly is always great at communicating on the email side, reminds us when it’s time to book a service in and would recommend them 100%.

Flow Right were recommended to myself and my husband my family for a boiler service.
Steve and Holly got us booked in really quickly, and when Steve identified issues he provided a variety of reasonably prices options.
He then came back to refit a boiler which he did efficiently, keeping our orogional Tado thermostat.

I needed a new boiler and after chating with Holly on the phone, Steve called to the house to appraise the job. I received 3 quotes the same afternoon and after accepting one of them, I was given a date for fitting that suited us both.
The day of the fitting Steve turned up at 8.30 am and started by putting protective coverings on the carpets from the front door to the boiler. He worked without a break and by 1.30pm he was showing me how it all worked, then left, taking all the old parts of the boiler and the packaging from the new one. Absolutely brilliant! I didn't need to get out a hoover or even a duster. You would never have known that any work had gone on in the house.
I have no hesitation in recommending Flow-Right to anyone, five star service, and the bill, exactly what I was quoted, no hidden extras.

I have just had two boilers installed by Flow-Right. From first approach onwards every step was faultless.Helpful advice on choice of boiler, clear and competetive prompt quotations (with no vague potential add-ons). Good prompt and punctual scheduling.
