Helped with depression
I’ve been using the microdosing tincture for a little over a month now. Prior to this I’d been experiencing a bout of depression that was becoming unmanageable but I didn’t want to take antidepressants. I started using Flow and a month later my nervous system feels steady and my thoughts are happy. I’m motivated to exercise, I’m eager to socialise and my meditations have been extremely deep and focussed. The customer service is also incredible. I genuinely wish I’d found this sooner ✨

Helps me focus and reduces anxiety. Great Results in 4 weeks.
Great service and quality products. I love the little daily routine which only takes a minute. It took me about 3-4 weeks to notice the difference in my mood, reduced anxiety in the morning especially and I can focus much better. I will keep going.

After being diagnosed with ADHD in my mid forties I was extremely reluctant to take any medication. Micro- dosing seemed to be an answer.
I can genuinely say it’s been a life saver. No more anxiety, mind noise has definitely quietened down and when I would usually get a very dark low each month, it has totally gone. I feel much more at peace and have found something that has worked for me.
I can’t recommend Flow enough. I have been telling everyone, who are getting the same results. Thank you to this amazing company. I love everything about it, from the packaging,personal care to the very easy to follow instructions.
