Easy to order, flowers very fresh and delivered on time

The flowers I ordered fir Valentine’s Day did not arrive despite my receiving messages that they had.

Would totally use you guys again. Ordered at 1330 ish. Arrived at about 1800. Made their evening. Makes me so happy. I am far far away and could only share my love through sending flowers.

Worst service, they are not able to manage their operation. For the 2nd time they missed my delivery.
I do not recommend it to anyone.

and for second delivery, delivery time was delayed without giving notice to me.

I order flowers for my daughter in law’s birthday from this place because they offered next day delivery so the flowers would be delivered on her birthday. The email I got when I ordered was stating the correct date. I checked my order on delivery date and the date was changed to the next day without notification. Customer service was rude and totally unhelpful - didn’t want to provide service because the phone number I contacted them was not the same number as on the order. The flowers were delivered a day later, not the kind of service you expect for almost $200 flowers.

Very bad, also the massage I wrote was not the same one and it arrived in the next day and the flowers were not fresh. Very trash I would love to have my money back.

Worst deliver service

Because I received the roses on 01/27/2023, and I wanted to receive the roses on 01/21/2023, and the communication with you was very bad.

I am very upset and angry at your negligence and failure to meet the deadline. I submitted the request 3 days ago and it was not delivered on the specified day.

The roses were not delivered Maha . Can the amount be returned to my account?

Honestly the application is beautiful and wonderful and very easy and the prices are good and the preparation of gifts is beautiful and the employee is very classy and the speed and accuracy of delivery are excellent

No body mention to me the gift will not arrived if the receiver doesn’t gives his location with in time limit
So the gift was late because of this
And when I call the support they didn’t help me even since I call them from 8am

This was ordered for a specific date they took 4 working days to deliver when I paid extra for next day delivery. Which they refused to refund.

Stating ilford was outside of london they even got the address wrong on the order and placed Hackney. Their customer service is an appalling sending me random responses and not even addressing my questions.

They couldnt even find the address and wanted me to send google map locations. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

absolutely appalling I wish I could give a negative 10 star score.
