I ordered two small magnets for cabinet door. Its been 3 weeks with tracking notices saying item is shipped, item is in customs in Spain, items in customs US. Then I get a small package from someone in California with one magnet???? Still getting tracking notices that item is in customs. Sounds like its a fishy story to me. How would someone in California have anything to do with it?????

Took my money and never sent the products. Warning to all.

The goods were not the ones I ordered. When I emailed customer service to ask where to return the goods and receive a refund, they kept sending me emails asking me to take a photo of the goods. They kept beating about the bush and have still not provided me with a return address so I can get a refund. Avoid them.

This “company” is awful. Do not buy. They outsource to other terrible companies and then take no accountability for what happens. Directs you to sites that don’t respond. Quality was very poor and customer service worse. Took over a month to deliver them no return was allowed.

I feel that the ornament is priced reasonably. I recently bought a Barry Wood Meme Ornament. The quality of the ornament is impressive. The purchase was smooth and effortless. It definitely stands out on my Christmas tree. I am satisfied with this purchase. We all had a good laugh when we saw it. A worth buy for those who love memes!

Why not tell the truth! It took 1 month and 10 days to receive the goods? I finally received goods 25/03/2024. I paid usd, but the goods came from China? Not good enough to keep a customer waiting soo long? Frustrated because customer service kept saying the same thing over and over again. The bad service outweighs the product received. The fact I was asking where's my parcel and the problem of why it was taking so long was never addressed by customer service. You need to get your act together!! I will never buy from this company ever again!!!!!

This company lacks integrity and they do not HONOR their return policy. I placed an order over the Christmas holiday. I was excited to receive the items I purchased for my daughters dog and for my grandson. However, the items was of very poor quality and two of the balls didn't work as advertised. Based on Flowarmth's return policy, I could return the items within 14 days of receiving the order. On Jan 15, 2024, I reached out to Flowamth to return the items and was told they are not the ones for returns. I have requested the return address numerous times and they have refused to give it to me. On Jan 22, 2024, instead of sending me the RETURN ADDRESS, Flowarmth/AI Spring replies, " I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
3 USD is really the highest compensation." I never asked for compensation, I wanted the RETURN ADDRESS. This is a warning this company do not HONOR their return policy and they lack integrity (by overcharging accounts). Unfortunately, I'm not able to attach (order invoice, bank record, chat string, flowarmth return policy) as proof of my truthfullness. WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company charged my credit card more than the invoice. They are dishonest and I am still trying to fight to get the overcharge back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased a whale bath toy. It worked the first time. It supposed to turn on when placed in water. It now runs continously until you either remove the battery or the battery drains.
I contacted customer service at flowarmth and keep giving me the runaround instead of providing me a replacement or my money back. I only had the item a few days.
Customer service is very poor. Purchase from any item from a more reputable store.
