The shipping took long but I do understand. Thanks for all the tracking updates, I was made aware of every step of the way. The product is good and useful to have.

I was so impressed by the amount of communication ! I was kept informed every step of the way.

The cap was what I expected. The fit was also perfect and I’m sure I would appreciate more once I’ve worn them (upcoming holidays in the Philippines, where’s warm and humid)!
I was disappointed however of the length of time (from the time of order-delivery, June 25 - July 5,2026)! Perhaps, the company should look into other ways to expedite delivery. Thank you.

Generally great service, reasonable time line considering it came from overseas. Only mild disappointment was the complete lack of included documentation.

My Purchase experience from your company was good. The product was as expected, good condition and quality. It a while to receive the package from your overseas vendor, I was kept informed of the shipping status the entire time; which was a definite plus. I was able to track my package which gave me confirmation that I would receive it and that made it worth the wait. Thank you!!

I haven't used it yet, but the courier and delivery information was covered really well. Kept me well informed with every stage of transit. Didn't take to long to arrived. So at this stage very happy. I'm hoping the product is as good as it is advertised.

Ordered a $30 item that took three full weeks to arrive. When it finally showed up, it wasn't compatible with my setup — despite the product page explicitly claiming it would be. When I requested a return, they offered me $2.00 to keep it. Two dollars. On a thirty-dollar item. That's not customer service, that's a joke. Stay away.

The product did finally arrive but one corner is broken

The clip makes hooking up the seat belt buckle so much easier to deal with. No more blindly fumbling to find the latch. Makes it so the belt rests on my shoulder instead of across my neck. The Company kept me informed along the shipping path with updates on the tracking information. Will order again.

As ordered, and delivered

I tried tying a fly today, magnet will not hold fly, have to tie with both hands, tried different size flys, line will not go around and come back out at fly. TERRIBLE product
I want my money back or another one that works.
