The customer support response is very delayed
The customer support response is very delayed and very delayed means very very delayed. I thought if i need them on emergency they can listen to my problem and send a response after 8 days and so. So please you can consider any another broker for forex because we as a trader needs a quick support response.
And the account opening is also very stressful.
Please i highly suggest don’t consider them as your forex broker

Extremely POSITIVE experience since we opened several accounts with FlowBank almost two years ago.
I am a veteran trader (started in 1973!) and this is THE BEST we have come across in 50-years trading career. Prefer to any other (even well established) platform / banks (no names here).
I suspect the few 1-star reviews are based on the inexperience of the applicant. ---> Therefore: DISREGARD these completely.

Horrible Service
Bad support. Can't speak german even though you said you want a german person. Very delayed! Things take to much time, way too much! Never open an Account there again. What a bad client support. Giving me cheap indian banking vibes. Never open an account there. Closure costs 15.00. No serious bank has that anymore. The cheap fees are coming with a very bad platform and bad structure. Make yourself a good thing and don't open an account.

The platform is user friendly and transparent. Im a professional trader at Traders Club International Marbella and have used many different platforms. It has all the features of a good trading platform. Support at Flowbank is efficient and professional. I highly recommend Flowbank as a trading partner.

Moved my portfolio to Flowbank
I moved to Flowbank recently, transferring my securities portfolio and cash and had a positive experience.
Moving my portfolio took a few days and went all perfectly fine.
Looks pretty good also in terms of visualization, while the trading platform looks good.
For basic users, who have a passive ETF portfolio with purchasing ETF, is absolutely very cheap and an excellent option.

Better pricing and more opportunites.
I opened an account and now have access to trade global markets easily from a mobile app. I appreciate that I have access to a wide range of financial products and the pricing is very attractive. The FX rates are especially interesting, especially compared with the major Swiss banks.

Maybe yes, maybe no
On the plus side: they're fees are very competitive in Switzerland.
After a call with their representative I however did not decide to open an account. Mostly because I couldn't help the feeling they wanted to rip me off somehow as the representative didn't listen to me, instead kept on saying how great they are and pushing me towards investing in their most expensive products.
As they are new to market, I'll wait a bit and consider them once again after the company is more mature.
