The customer service it top notch

The customer service it top notch. They go above and beyond to support their clients and honestly cover all bases of needs. My favorite part is that you get to talk to real people to get your questions answered! Also, the technology and service itself is so cool and exactly what I needed for my business.

My computer is a few years old and may…

My computer is a few years old and may not be compatible with the software. The extension does not work to download leads. I would really like to use this, but will probably have to cancel.

Hi William, great to see you on our weekly support call today, I think you posted this review before the call, because this issue was resolved.

Our new extension is a lot easier to use and supports 9 social networks now!
We're in the process of moving everyone over to the new version.

Moving forward whenever you have questions or need support please make sure to come to our weekly support calls on Tue/Thu, this issue was simple to solve and could have been resolved a lot sooner just by coming to one of our weekly support sessions.

Ashley was easy to connect with, personable, and clear in her explanations about using FC. She also had some great insights about using it for affiliate marketing. She's an excellent ambassador and onboarding agent for this incredibly valuable tool. I'm excited to start working with it!

Way over promise and under deliver, the seller isn't there after you sign on...

Over promise and under deliver. Hidden costs built into their program. They promise A LOT... I was a on the professional plan and they promised a trained VA and lots of support. Support was online classes in group. They did provide a custom copy "pipeline" but it simply did not work. After a time there comes a re-up sell. When I complained, Sean the guy who sold me the program and made the promises no longer responded to my messages... he had others try to "re educate me"... getting me to do all manner of things that I had already done. Will this process work for some business?? maybe, but you can do the same thing with a simple spreadsheet... or just being friendly. Many members have lots of issues with getting their social media profiles in "facebook jail". If you like to spam potential clients and hope a few stick to your message, you will like Flowchat. IT should be called Spamchat...

Solid software created by solid people. Customer support is the star of the show. From Day 1 I've felt supported and that shouldn't be taken lightly! Oh yeah - the actual software will help make your business generate more money!

The best chat tracking system out there

I had created my own system to track LinkedIn chats using templates and Trello. I found it hard to believe that a tool like FlowChat could make so much improvement to what we were already doing but the difference is night and day! The efficiency gains are huge and the support is second to none. Great experience!

Getting started! Will update...

Update 10/13/22: I may have closed 2 sales at $6,000 using flowchat. Once our team started using our facebook pipeline the results were killer.

I am very excited to see what else is possible with flowchat for the future.

Update 10/8/22: Having trouble getting the pipeline created and their team of VAs bring in any sales so I ended up making my own pipelines and almost instantly have I been able to bring leads in. Being able to use this software myself and fully understand I am very impressed. If I can get this to convert for other businesses I run sky is the limit. Very excited for what the future can hold

9/16/22 I am giving this company a go for the next year as I signed up for the most expensive package.

What I like:
- So much support! Very helpful with direction
- VA integration
- founders that actually care

What I don't like:
- constant upsells - I haven't made one sale yet but have been pitched three times for a new pipeline for 1500
- one month to get started - If you buy the most expensive package, you burn money the first month waiting for everything to start

I am still using this platform and will be updating my journey as I go.

Not that good…

Unfortunately to be able to actually try the software you have to purchase the first month. After making my purchase I quickly realized that it wasn’t for me so I essentially wasted $250. I thought that it was just a little bit too clunky to use in my opinion. Too many right clicks, left clicks, copies, pasted, etc… It just wasn’t what I was expecting.

In October we added progress bars in bulk operations, improved mobile support and our brand new revamped browser extension makes importing even easier, no longer relying on copy/paste to import leads.

I actually had a very poor sales…

I actually had a very poor sales experience with this company. The sales person in particular is what really turned me off. If it weren't for other professionals I know in the space using the software, I definitely would not have signed up.

That said, once your in the community support is great.

Tech is quite a bit challenging to use, but after it's set up it does work

Outstanding software

Outstanding, after years of searching and testing different softwares, have finally found the software that allows me to import lists of contacts easily, message and follow up easily and ultimately book more calls to make more sales, a truly magical experience!
