Great product, fast service but very poor packaging. Customer service was great when we had questions prior to ordering, pleasant and efficient experience to order. Blamed shipper for box condition but not well packaged to start with. Luckily, no product damaged but a few scuffed on the corner.

I like the presentation.

Drawbacks:
The green is VERY mint - looks sage on the website.
I ordered white, had quite a few that leaked - no refund was offered
The handles do not seem to be designed to carry, so don't make the mistake of trying cause it does not work.
The ship time is not quick.

Although this product was excellent, we reviewed the costs and found that it is just as cost effective to continue with the products we currently use.

As we are in Canada, there is the exchange on the dollar to consider if we were to implement this product.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping because I only had a few days until I needed the boxes, I had only learned of the company that morning the day I ordered. Then it took them 2 days to pack and actually send my order, which is slow compared to all the companies I work with, considering I ordered only 1 type of box. Barely got here in time, when I was expecting it to be here a couple days in advance. The quality of the product is good and I will order again. Just know when you are ordering they aren't fast to pack up and send the items.

Excellent product and the service was great. I needed my boxes a little earlier than they would have them ready, and they rushed so I could pick them up. The guys were super nice to help me so fast. Thanks!!

We ship anthurium flowers from farm to residence as gift boxes and offer a 'kit' that the recipients can put together themselves. This provides a form of bouquet since a ready made bouquet cannot be shipped. This is particularly helpful for delivery to hospitals or shut ins where a vase may not be available. Since it is a 'grab and go' it is also perfect to take for a hostess gift or for a shower.The product from Flower Box arrives in perfect condition in a timely manner.

Love the convenience of the FlowerBox. Easy to store, easy to ship. I love that the FlowerBox adds color to my displays and that I can add decor to the FlowerBox. Service was excellent!!

These containers are very difficult to put together. I, for the life of me, could not download the tutorial.

As an events florist, I use FlowerBox 8" containers to hold and transport all bouquets and nosegays. I build the cost of the box into the pricing, so I'm not losing money, and there are no glass vases to retrieve or break!

I bought the 8 inch vases, they came fast and seems well made. I am only giving them a 3 star because they don't open up and become square. The photo of them shows them square but there is no way to get them that way. It doesn't sound like a big deal but it's important for the event I'm using them for.

I used them for every occasion, first communion, traveling, hospital. They are great specially they because you save money. Please reused them
