Great customer service, Izawati

I would definitely recommend Flower Chimp.

Having stumbled upon them through random online search out of urgency, Izawati has been very kind, responsive and helpful throughout my order, despite having raised more than a few enquiries, custom order and changes.

Very bad experience. They promised ( I requested on the note, and they confirmed in email) that it will be delivered before 5pm, and no. They couldn’t make it, they told me the driver had an accident but the driver had another story saying the company told them just deliver before 6pm.
Thing is, it was meant to be a surprise and she already left work after 5pm.
Then multiple chasing and calls it was delivered at night to her place. Surprise was ruined, I regretted using this company.

I have made a prompt change after my order on the same day. Darshini was super helpful to give instant response to resolve my problem from processing store credits to issuing a manual order. That means a lot to me and I could surprise my loved ones from overseas.

I have been ordering flowers from flower chimp many times however this time is extremely disappointing. Flowers were delivered day before Mother’s Day but they were not fresh. They look like they are the left over flowers. I am afraid would send any future orders:(

Would give 0 stars if I could - the delivery slot has passed and I have received no flowers. Their online support is useless.
