Had a lovely anniversary bouquet from my husband for our anniversary, sadly they died within 7 days and cost a lot of money. Contacted the company twice through email and sadly no response from them. I gave them the opportunity to respond because I wanted to hear back from them and feedback about the quality of the roses. I have used them for years and have been very satisfied, I don’t know if they are new owners but sadly we will never use them again.

Fantastic bouquet of flowers arranged by the team for my mums 70th birthday celebrations. First time I've ever been able to choose what they had in the cool room on such a grand scale. They really listened to what my mum loves and created a masterpiece which was was over and above my expectations. I used these guys for many years at their Wigston branch but their service is still top class. They also arranged some sympathy flowers for our work colleague and again these were beautifully created. I would continue to recommend them to others in the future.
