Always receive such fresh flowers that last a good amount of days! Love gifting these and being gifted them too!

FlowerFix were more than accommodating to my last minute order! they arrived promptly. from the packaging to the bouquet was extremely impressive. You've gained a customer for life!

Placed an order on 21st Aug for delivery on 29th for my sisters birthday, flowers did not turn up on the 29th, with the excuse that they don’t deliver the day after bank holiday- ok so don’t allow customers to pick the day after bank holiday as a delivery date! Block out the day on the calendar! It’s not rocket science!! They had ample opportunity to advise me that they had no intention of delivering on 29th but failed to do so. Patronising customer service ‘love you x’ is not professional.

My premium rose Order was a day late so one day less to enjoy the greatly anticipated blooms. My anticipation was crushed somewhat when they did arrive. Fully bloomed and one with a brown petals. Email comms were prompt from the company but didn’t really make up for the huge amount of money I spent for these premium blooms for my mothers 70 th birthday. They do not look fresh and are drooping already on day one. The green leaves are curled. I’ve been offered a partial refund for the brown petal rose. On the plus side my mother received a fantastic bouquet from my cousin ( not from flowerfix) so at least she can enjoy them over the coming days.

Box arrived looking worse for wear, I over looked this. Opened the box to find the most disappointing bunch of flowers I’ve ever received in my life.

Contacted customer “care” and was advised that these were “premium designer roses” and that I just need to pluck the browning petals off as they were ‘guard petals’

When I informed them plucking these browning petals would result in me losing more than half the flower they just kept repeating that the flowers were “designer” and “premium”

When I said I didn’t realise I had bought a DIY project (petty comment yes) they responded with “our letterbox flowers are a DIY pretend you’re a florist experience. Which is complete bull, nowhere on their website does it state that letterbox flowers are a “pretend you’re a florist experience”

I have honestly never experienced anything like it, awful flowers, worst customer service.

My friend didn't leave a name and customer service were so quick to help find who sent them so I could thank the friend. Would recommend to anyone!

Flowerfix are not for me. My order arrived a day late and I received a patronising email on the percentage of deliveries that arrive on time (royal mail). The eucalyptus were flat, I understand that but no where near as fresh as they go on about. All this hey, and all our love bit, not for me. Tried once, never again.

The eucalyptus I received were different to what’s advertised in the picture on their website.

They came with their stems completely cut, while the picture shows c. 15cm of stems kept. It might not be important for some, but for me it is important given the transparent and large vase I have, which happens to be exactly the same vase they advertised their eucalyptus in.

When I sent them an email, they told me they can’t guarantee how they look like given they are natural and they gave me the example of buying apples, how they are not guaranteed same colour. As if I complained about their colour or as if I am stupid to think all eucalyptus look the same. I was inquiring about why the stem was cut out not the colour. If you advertise the eucalyptus with stems don’t sell them stem-less. They look so awkward in my vase right now.

My always go to florist!! Absolutely in awe at the gorgeous beautiful flowers...we can tell soo soo much love and care has been put into in preparing each stem and flower...truly blown away by the quality and the freshness of each flower...and always fantastic customer service.
Would highly recommend and I will be back again soon for purchase more.

Great bunch of eucalyptus, but what made my experience even greater was the amazing personal customer service I received when my delivery hadn't arrived because of Royal Mail strikes. Very impressive!

I ordered some get well soon flowers and put the incorrect address. I contacted the company and received a quick response. The order was rectified and excellent customer service was provided by Mohammed who resolved my issue. The quality of the flowers were amazing too. Amazing service. I’ve purchased from flowerfix before and they provide excellent aftercare instructions for quality flowers. These flowers last! They are NOT supermarket type. They’re happy to provide extra tips via DM too, to suit you and your flowers. Well worth every penny! I’ve also purchased from LKV and they’ve never let me down. Fantastic service, quality flowers and at the best price! You literally can’t complain. Although I no longer use Instagram, I like the emails, and now and then I’ll treat myself / loved ones to them.
