Beautiful memorial wreath made for grave.
I paid £50 for a floral tribute for my uncle. When I attended his funeral the flowers had not arrived. I called the florist who gave me an excuse for an apology, claiming that no flowers were ordered that day. Having sent proof of payment they said they would refund my money. I have finally received this a week later after numerous telephone calls. The email they sent me requesting more details was poorly written and offered no apology. Altogether an unpleasant experience at a difficult time. Having spoken to both the funeral director and the celebrant they have also heard of many problems with this company.
