I ordered a plant for my mother in time to deliver for mothers day. Nothing arrived for a week, no communication as to why. I had to get in touch with them, they then informed me their supplier couldn't fulfil the order, they didn't seem to feel the need to tell me or warn me.
Once I found this out they offered a discount for a new order but I really don't feel like using their service again.

Flowers didn’t even last a week

I bought a 3-month subscription. Flowers were lovely, no complaints on that front, but at the end of my 3 months, the subscription rolled forward automatically so I ended up paying for an extra month I didn't want. I had specifically bought a three-month subscription and not an ongoing one, but the company would not refund me the additional month. This appears to be buried somewhere in the ts&cs and was definitely not made clear at any point in the sign-up process. Sadly will not be buying from them again.

I made a mistake with the delivery date on the flowers and called up an housr later they changed the delivery date for me so all was well. I did not see the flowers myslef but they were welcome by the recipient

Second order from this company, first
was great but this one disappointing.

Bouquet felt like it had massively shrunk in and quality was as I would expect.

I did leave a review somewhere but it looks like not on your actual website… apologies. I am absolutely thrilled with the Valentines calla Lilly arrangement I received ….. the best part is … it’s the 17th March and they are still beautiful! A month!!!! Lovely smell fading and foliage just about going, but nobody can believe the flowers are still alive! Incredible! Very securely wrapped as I recall too. Amazing. Thank you!

3rd of a 6 month subscription, first issue they were incorrectly delivered to a wrong address. A replacement was sent out to my elderly parents this week. Unfortunately I could've got what they were sent for £5 from a local supermarket!
Still 3 to go unfortunately let's hope this was a one off. As things currently stand I wouldn't recommend or use again.

I would say looks average to be honest. Some do not last long at all.

Delivery is on time, nothing wrong there and customer service is pretty good.

But would I recommend them, can’t be sure to be honest.

Likelihood is I will cancel the subscription.

Placed order, 2hrs later it had been posted with tracking. Brilliant! Unfortunately Royal Mail then let it down by not fulfilling their next day delivery, in fact the tracking read returned to sender as incorrect address, this was a lie because they delivered the following day . The flowers looked lovely still, but despite following instructions, the peonies died after two days. ☹️. I hold Royal Mail responsible for this. I felt the company was outstanding in its ordering service and the bouquet looked liked the online picture. I would order from them again.

I needed sunflowers for a special occasion. Flowers by Flourish were the only suppliers (after a long internet and local search) who could guarantee these particular flowers, in late February, which is well out of season. They arrived in perfect condition, easily the best-packaged flowers I have ever received, and in very good time. The recipient was thrilled and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you.
UPDATE: half of the sunflowers are still perky two weeks later. Marvellous.

Appalling customer service from Managing Director James Hunt. I ordered a bouquet of Hydrangeas for my sister in laws 30th birthday two weeks in advance and specified both on the note to the florist and also through following the companies guidelines of requesting day before special occasions delivery. They arrived early and less than twenty four hours after being delivered, three of the five stems had died. I constantly called but the phone was never answered and it took three emails before I got a response. I asked for a refund as the surprise was completely ruined by both reasons stated above however this was completely disregarded and further emails were ignored. The Managing Director offered to send a replacement bouquet but I declined twice and asked for a refund however he ignored those emails when I mentioned taking his company to small claims court. I will never shop from this company again due to awful customer service and overpriced flowers.

Flowers were really nice and arrived in good shape, cant knock the product at all. They did arrive a day late though, so not really sure what the point of having the option of choosing a delivery date is if they can't make sure it arrives on that date, might as well just remove the option entirely and have it as a 3-5 business days delivery. (yes it does say if its for a special occasion to pick the delivery date of the day BEFORE you want it to arrive, but again, why ask me what date I want it to be delivered on if you know you wont be able to do it)

If you want to send lovely flowers & exact timing isnt an issue for your delivery, then I'd highly recommend using this company. If you want precision deliveries on specific dates, I'd try elsewhere.

The flowers were delivered the next day. A gorgeous bunch of sunflowers. Highly recommend this company, will 100% use again.
