Ordered flowers and arrived as said.
Beautiful. Much nicer than expected.

Following my review mid November, I can now confirm that the company have fully refunded me for the wrong flowers that were sent. This is appreciated.

Ordered 2 lots of flowers for family who had lost their dad ! The photos on line were nothing like the flowers that were delivered ! It would of been cheaper and better if I had purchased them from a super market ! Tried to complain email phone calls they sent me an automated response ! Never got back to me !

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday on there website online the flowers I ordered looked really lovely in the picture on there website and I paid £54.98 in total including postage, but when my daughter received the flowers I was shocked as they looked nothing like what I had ordered infact they looked so cheap, my sister said they look like you just got them from a petrol station and you were probably better off getting them from tesco as they would have been much better and not so expensive, I tried to contact customer service but no one answered and than I sent them an email and still no response they have ignored my query, so I would not recommend getting flowers from them at all as what you order on there website is very deceiving, I was better off giving my daughter the money or getting a takeaway, I can believe I wasted my money so be careful when you order from this company I will never order from them ever again shame not able to show pictures as you would understand my frustration

Severely Over priced flowers.

The service is great! The flowers were beautiful and stayed fresh.

Excellent service and particularly like the information given re time of delivery and name of courier. So important so that we can arrange to be at home, even though as we're shielding, and have been for many months, we do like to get exercise each day on quiet country lanes. Another flower firm I will never use again didn't"t say when they would come so we were out, then got charged extra for non-delivery as they took them away again!

After parking up outside their premises and a quick phone call to place my order, they were able to fulfil it within 15 minutes with an amazing array of flowers and colours exactly as desired - all fresh and some still only budding! Collection was easy and covid safe. Faultless and highly recommended.

Order flowers for my 86 year old gran, they got delivered, box all damaged, and roses all dead and the green leaves were dead and withering. Emailed them 4 times - NO REPLY. Stay well clear of the SHOCKING COMPANY

At first very disappointed as delivery didn't happen. After a couple of unanswered phone calls and three emails, I learned that I had made a mistake in the post code - it seems that addresses aren't read. The flowers were delivered and no extra charge made.

Very happy with the flowers they came in a sealed package which kept it secure and the flowers were all looking lovely and fresh not dead like you get in some places that sell flowers.

Great service, great value, delivery was on time.
Sadly, and I'm sure it was a one-off, some of the flowers weren't of great quality. However, FD4U were brilliant in dealing with this issue, and offered me a full replacement bunch.
These things happen, and I think it's about how the business reacts - in this case FD4U reacted brilliantly and I would definitely use them again.

Flowers welivered in time but after just 2 days the flowers were looking old and withered despite taking care of them as instructed. The flowers which have been delivered were obviously not fresh.
