Brought a spray for my father in law's funeral. Really disappointed with the spray. The flowers were all wilted, looked days old so upset will not ever get from here again!

I was so pleased with the flowers, beautifully put together and looked stunning. I ordered them for my nans funeral, the note was hand written and they'd picked a lovely card to put my words on. Such a lovely touch. The spray had lots of buds, so will stay fresh for a long while. I was worried the standard size may be a bit small, but it was perfect. More flowers than I'd expected, so great value for money. Plus free delivery, in which you can request a time, and they were delivered when requested.
My nan would have loved these flowers, a huge thank you to the florist for doing such a wonderful job.

I also wish I had read the reviews but it wasn't easy to find them. I had the same experience with a spray costing £44.99 for my sister-in-law's funeral. The spray looked nothing like the picture on the site. It was basically a bunch of wilted green leaves with some unopened buds. I also had to apologise to my relatives, it was very embarrassing. I managed to complain and I received a standard letter backing showing they had not taken into account what I said. The worst thing is they get away with it. Does anyone know where an official complaint can be made?

Worst flowers ever. Purchased a Red & White Sheaf for my Aunts funeral. I was so embarrassed that my tribute was such an awful sheaf. (no tribute at all) It showed no respect for my Aunt. All the other flowers were wonderful, these were disgraceful. Please whatever you do, please use another company, you will only be let down.
I did notify funeral for flowers and that was a waste of time.

Extremely disappointed with funeral sheath. Flowers looked days old and it was embarrassing next to the other flowers which looked lovely. Despite phone calls and emails my complaint was totally ignored. Disgusting customer service. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!

First of all had to chase them up as no text or email to say the flowers was delivered as other online flower company’s do.
Ordered the white single ended spray (large one)got to my uncles funeral and was disappointed to say the least it consisted of 2 lilies 2 roses and no more than a bunch of carnations with a few sprigs of daisies.
Would never use these people again just make a mockery of ordering funeral flowers for a loved one.

Ordered a sheaf with pink n purple flowers in. Got a bunch of flowers, white n pink.
£35 it cost for my cousins funeral.
Very disappointed

I ordered the pink and purple sheath - so disappointed it was a total mess and looked horrible and like it had been there for days ☹️. I was really embarrasssed - it looked nothing like the picture. It was more like a floppy pink badly tied bunch of flowers with a very tacky shiny purple bow.

Had never used this company before, but can honestly say I received excellent communication, great service and wonderful flowers.
Having ordered online, the florist dealing with the flowers rang me the next day and went through my order with me. We discussed any special requirements, confirmed the date, time and place of the funeral and the name of the undertakers dealing with the arrangements.
On the day of the funeral, I really was delighted with the flowers, the colours and the presentation. I would definitely use this company again as I could not fault the service I received.

Simply appalling. Ordered funeral flowers and received confirmation. Devastated to arrive at funeral and find flowers not delivered. No contact I formation on website. Is this a scam? Avoid at all costs.

Very pleased. I believe that local florists are used and in our case, the flowers for my Dad were fabulous. We chose the orange spray for £55 and it was beautiful and colourful like our Dad. We were so pleased and it brought a smile to our faces as he would have loved the flowers. So thank you FfF.

I ordered a pink and purple sheaf for £55. I was abroad so had to do it all online, that was OK and at least they arrived. The flowers were delivered to the funeral directors so the first time I saw them was at the funeral. They looked awful, they were no where near what it looked like on the picture, tied together with brown string. On the grave the next day they had drooped and looked like they had been there for 2 weeks already, looked very poor against all the others that had been through the same process. Garage flowers look better. Very disappointed.

Utterley disappointed and upset -I paid £55.00 for a ' country style garden' look tied with hessian type ribbon for my mums funeral and got nothing like what was in the picture.Instead of a variety of soft country flowers I got lilies and green flowers with large standard roses which I could have picked up at any supermarket for 1/4 the price. In addition- no hessian ribbon but a huge cheap looking white paper bow tied round the stems and for some reason a plastic blue butterfly stuck in the flowers! Just to add to the awfulness the writing on the card was so scribbled it looked as if a child had written on it! Would not recommend this company to anyone as it depends on where they outsource their orders to.

Bad company and very very very disappointed. Ordered days before the actually funeral. Paid £90.95 for it. The flowers didn't come. Seriously?? Will not use again. Please beware.

I cannot praise this company enough for the four flower tributes ordered for sister's funeral. They were perfect and looked even better than seen on website. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a white spray for my uncles funeral, when buying online one is nervous about what one will see on the actual day, these flowers are so important, I did not need to worry, the display was utterly amazing, everyone commented on the utter perfection before them and my aunt loved them so much she asked they be placed on his coffin, she said he would have loved them and that was all and everything to me. I ordered the luxury white spray which consists of Roses, Lilies, Eustoma and Gladioli, it is a large spray indeed and there was an abundance of flowers, no scrimping with these. I cannot recommend this florist enough, I only wish they produced displays for all occasions as I would not hesitate to buy all my flowers from them. A huge thank you for making sure everything was perfect for my uncle.
