Absolutely horrible. Order flowers for delivery 24 hours in advance. Waited all day for them to get delivered. Got a call at 5pm that it would cost an additional $100 to deliver the flowers. Customer service says "sorry"

I ordered a Peace Lily plant as a sympathy plant. I paid the fee to be delivered the same day. It never got delivered until the following day & they would not refund me the fee. Instead they gave me a $5 coupon for my next order. I will never order from this place again. They scam extra money with promises they don’t keep.

I wish I would have seen this before I ordered! The guarantee is joke too! As long as the recipe is met it doesnt matter how they look! I paid xtra for the deluxe and what came looked worse than the standard on the website! So their solution was to refund me $7 of the $83 I paid!! Crazy!!

OBVIOUSLY, THE NEW OWNER'S HAVE NO MORALS AND ARE MISERABLY FAILING AT RIDING ON THE COATTAILS OF THIS COMPANY NAME THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER BUILT UP. THEY NEED TO BE SHAMED PUBLICLY! IN THE FEW YEARS SINCE HER DEATH, THEY HAVE TORN DOWN HER COMPANY NAME WITH THEIR CON ARTIST FRAUDS! THEY COUNT ON YOU NOT ASKING FOR A PICTURE OF THE DELIVERY THAT YOU PAID FOR, SO THEY CAN DELIVER GARBAGE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST WITH NO TASTE!!! BUY IT YOURSELF AT HEB AND DELIVER IT YOURSELF! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Never order from here! I made my order last night for my daughters birthday today! I receive an email 2:07 pm the afternoon of the delivery . that it had been canceled. II would have never looked at my email if it wasn't so late in the day, and my daughter had yet to text or call me to thank me. I'm home with the flu, I would never miss my daughters birthday! Thats why I sent flowers the day before. You people suck ! I thought I was ordering locally . I'm really upset that this happened. Not much time to find a local florist . Had one of those drivers reg no. DL20 EYW long wheelbase van driving down the road recklessly cutting me up as I'm trying to overtake. Very despicable driving by the lady driver. I think she needs to take her driving test again as she clearly doesn't know how to driving and she also doesn't know her Highway code. If you pull over to talk to your friend you should use the indicator, also when someone wants to get past your pulled over vehicle, you don't pull across all lanes and cut the person over taking up and driving them into the kurb. Bad review on the FLOWER COMPANY and their drivers. Don't buy from these people as they have dangerous drivers delivering their goods. Did phone to tell the company about their driver and the antics they get up to on the roads.

Shady business pretty sad I didn't read these reviews before ordering. It came up really quick in the search I had no idea it was whatever this is. I ordered Thursday night for a Friday delivery they put the day in wrong I called them immediately to correct it they sent me multiple things saying that they had. However the website shows it's not shipping until February 9th but I've been told over the phone it was hand delivered at 6:15 last night in an email that it was delivered at 3:33 today so I have no idea what to believe yesterday was the girl's birthday and they haven't done anything so far to indicate they arent just a scam no I have to dispute the charge and all that

If I could give a negative review I would. First of all I paid $123 for two of the smallest tiniest orchids there are! I could’ve got exactly the same thing at the local Walgreens store here in Sparks for 10 bucks! They had a three Balloons. It was supposed to be same-day delivery however it did not get there on the day or time it was supposed to it got there the next day. This shop is by far the biggest ripoff florist I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Buyer beware!

SCAMMERS! Took my money for flowers and didn’t delivery anything . WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE.

first of all I googled florist in Richardson TX. their ad came up showing locally and family owned. Only when they called to tell me they could not make the promised delivery date did I discover they are some aggregator. This is about as deceptive as it gets. The flowers, a day late, were an embarrassment; terrible

I ordered flowers on a Sunday for my daughter who had just had surgery. I understood that they couldn’t deliver on Monday due to weather. On Tues I got an email confirming delivery. Except she never got them many emails and phone calls later they delivered them the following Saturday. Trying to do a loving thing for my daughter turned into a week of anxiety and disappointment.

The WORST company ever. STAY AWAY.

Charged extra for express delivery before 10 am. Called at 10:30 - got all kinds of excuses, including "in your area shops open later" - baloney. Had no hesitation to misrepresent my order. Order not received by 12:45 PM.
They advertise with names very similar to other flower shops with excellent reputation probably to get a free ride. WATCH OUT.

They could not make the order we requested as no local floral shop had that many flowers. They were going to replace it with less flowers and still insisted on charging full price or I could cancel. I cancelled the order. I called the local florist shop and this company had asked them to provide me a thirty dollar cheaper arrangement but insisted on charging me full price. They still have not refunded my money that they charged. This is a scam. Call your local florist directly.

THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE IN BRIGHT DAYLIGHT. THEY CREDITED OUR MONEY, DID NOT DELIVER THE MATERIAL AND NOW NOT REFUNDING. PLS BE CAREFUL OF THIS CHEATER COMPANY!
