I was not impressed

I was not impressed what my friend in North Carolina sent me. Your website said As Shown, so I expected the vase to be purple and the flowers to be looking just like your website. What she received were long stems and fern leaves and the vase was a clear vase. I bought this because she likes purple!!! She said that there were not near as many purple flowers but the picture she gave me where pink flowers with a pink ribbon!!!. They looked like my daughter just put a bunch of flowers together and plopped them in a vase and tied a ribbon around the vase. I spent close to $100.00 Canadian funds and did not get a professional look. I have a picture that my friend sent me if you wish for me to send it to you..
