Very unprofessional and disappointing service. They promised to deliver the flowers on the requested day, took my money, and then waited until the end of the day to call and say they could not make the delivery.
What is most frustrating is that they made no real effort to find a solution or make sure the delivery happened as promised. It seemed like the delivery date simply wasn’t important to them.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and will never order from this company again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Easy & efficient

There is only 1 photo of bouquets, not all 3 levels. (No visual of what a $20 & $40 price difference includes).
Delivery charge should be displayed automatically at checkout. Customers should not have to click to see bill breakdown. Pricing needs to be more transparent before payment is finalized.

Terrible company. I ordered a basket to be delivered and paid same day fees as well as rush fees so it would be delivered before 1pm that day and it wasn't done. I tried to call repeatedly only to be disconnected after being in hold for 22 minutes. Then called again and was told a ticket would be opened and addressed which also never happened. I emailed my issue to customer service and never got a response. It was finally delivered late but i have no idea who got it because the recipient was not there due to it being a business. I still haven't received any response to date. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

i received an email stating my order could not be processed from flowershopping.com not having a florist in network and i had to pay an additional $47 to get a different florist to make my order, this is very unprofessional if there wasn't a florist in the network in my area it should of not let me prosses the order
