Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost - company failing badly recently. I have used this company a number of times in the past with great results but from my recent experience and all the other one star reviews of late (15 in the last 2 months) the service seems to be disintegrating and I will never use again. I made a same day order at 9.30am and they called me up at 5.30pm saying they couldn’t fulfil the advertised bouquet - way too late to order something elsewhere. I called them up before placing the order to ask them a question on the bouquet as the description didn’t match the picture - different colour - and they couldn’t answer but transferred me to a voicemail. I called again and same thing happened again. The company is now unusable given how many customers they seem to disappoint.

You placed a same-day order at 9:30 am, but unfortunately, due to availability constraints with the Peonies in that bouquet, we were unable to fulfill it as originally advertised as the shipment we were waiting for did not arrive on time. As soon as this issue was identified, we contacted you. We understand that receiving this information later in the day was frustrating, particularly when you needed the flowers urgently.

Regarding your earlier calls and questions about the bouquet description and image, we sincerely apologise that our team was unable to respond immediately and that calls were transferred to voicemail. We recognise that this contributed to a poor experience and understand how disappointing this must have been.

We are taking your comments seriously and are reviewing both how we handle same-day order availability and how we respond to pre-order queries to ensure this does not happen again. We sincerely regret the frustration caused and thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. Ordered flowers for my friends birthday, clearly advertising next day delivery on their website which I selected and paid £7.95 for. They then sent an email to my junk account saying that the flowers were put on hold for bank holiday Monday? By Thursday they had still not been delivered and I followed up - they offered a Saturday delivery - 6 days late and a £2 (insulting) partial refund.

To clarify, the next-day delivery service selected is available only from Tuesday to Saturday as clearly outlined in the delivery information on each product page. In this case, the delivery date chosen fell on the May Bank Holiday Monday, when no courier services operate, and the delivery address was outside of London. This meant the order could not be dispatched on that day and had to be temporarily placed on hold so it could be shipped on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday, the earliest available working day.

We did send multiple notifications and an email to inform you of this as soon as the issue was identified, but unfortunately we did not receive a response at that time. Once you contacted us, we again explained the situation and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered to include a box of chocolates with the rescheduled delivery. You later chose to cancel the order, which we did accordingly.

We’re sorry that this did not meet your expectations and that the communication felt insufficient from your side.

Their website offers abviouse falseties

Lost all confidence when the website claims to deliver to UK, USA, Italy Uganda and even Korea... NEXT DAY for the same price? I mean that's just obviously not true, so then what else is not true?

To clarify, we only deliver within mainland UK, and this is clearly stated throughout our website, including within our delivery information and service descriptions. We do not offer international deliveries, nor do we advertise next-day delivery outside the UK. We even alert customers when they being entering a non-UK address in the checkout.

If you encountered wording that gave the impression we deliver internationally, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as this is not our intention. We are reviewing this to ensure it cannot be misinterpreted and that our messaging remains clear and accurate.

We value transparency and would never knowingly mislead customers.

Horrendous service.

I ordered priority delivery flowers from their website and even paid £20 just for delivery as I wanted the flowers not only delivered same day but asap - and priority service is according to their website supposed to deliver within 3 hours. The normal same day delivery is £9 - I should’ve just paid normal because not only did they not deliver my flowers within three hours but I had absolutely no contact from them either other than a receipt - no confirmation email, no text messages, no number provided to call in case of any issues. I tried calling so many times on the number on their website but the call never connected and I emailed them as well but they never replied. Finally, when I started calling and emailing they sent me a text message saying your flowers are on the way and to just wait for them and then asked the receiver for my ID even though I clearly filled out the the flowers were for someone else and gave all their details. Absolutely horrible customer service - as in it’s nonexistent. I’m actually so annoyed with the fact that I used this website thinking they’re recommended and award winners because it was a total waste of my time and money and the person I was ordering the flowers for got them at 6:30pm instead of 12pm. The fact that the flower station just Uber-ed the flowers instead of contacting me really annoys me because I could’ve just Uber-ed flowers myself if that was the case and saved myself a lot of money and time. Would highly recommend never using them.

To clarify what happened: your order was placed for a priority Uber delivery, but the address provided was outside of the available service area, which made it difficult to find a courier able to complete the delivery within the promised timeframe. As soon as this issue was identified, we informed you of the delay and took action to ensure the order reached its destination. We sent our own driver to complete the delivery and issued a partial refund of the delivery fee, as well as adding a box of chocolates as a goodwill gesture.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to experience delays and feel a lack of communication. The ID check was a standard courier requirement when delivering via third-party services, but we appreciate that this was inconvenient and caused frustration.

We’re very sorry that this experience did not reflect the high standards we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared internally to help us improve delivery communication and clarity around service areas in the future.

Flowers delivered died after 2 days

Almost all the flowers in bunch that was delivered died after 2 days. As the flowers were a thank you to my daughter for taking me on holiday their condition was a disgrace.
I have received not response to my email to them complaining

We also take quality concerns very seriously and carefully log all customer communications, however, we have been unable to locate any email or contact from you regarding this order.

As with all fresh flowers, their longevity after delivery can be influenced by factors outside our control, such as temperature, hydration, placement, and ongoing care. That said, we do have a quality guarantee in place and always encourage customers to contact us as soon as an issue is noticed, ideally within two days of delivery, so we can investigate and put things right.

We’re sorry that we weren’t given the opportunity to assist you directly at the time, and we regret that this experience left you feeling let down.

Floral Fraud

Terrible, take your money, deliver wilting flowers that have no resemblance to what you ordered at 4 times the cost. Petrol garage flowers are a far better option. Avoid avoid avoid. Floral fraudsters

I had a wonderful experience at Flowers…

I had a wonderful experience at Flowers Station ,Baker street with Antonella Florist! The floral arrangements are truly elegant, and the atmosphere in the shop is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. What I especially appreciated is that : the atmosfere s changes when came young florist is run by a young, dynamic florit full of fresh ideas and positive energy. Antonella work with passion, are incredibly creative, and pay great attention to detail – you can really feel the love she s put into their work.

Unlike other places where older employees can sometimes seem less enthusiastic or rushed, here the younger staff bring a fresh vibe. She s friendly, cheerful,know many languages and always ready to help you choose something special. It’s great to see young women given the chance to shine – and the results speak for themselves.

I wholeheartedly recommend Antonella Florist !

I buy lots of flowers from here, especially Lilies which are my wife’s favourite, and they are always excellent.
I was abroad and Erica did a bouquet for Mother’s Day delivery and they were superb.

NoDidn’t resemble the photo

Didn’t resemble the photo. I am the person who sent the flowers, June Torrance was the recipient and she sent me a photo in thanks. I ordered white dreamland which looked lovely with, strangely, white flowers and lots of greenery and not the white and pink flowers with some greenery delivered. Sandra Healy

On occasion, small colour accents (such as pale pinks) may appear depending on availability, while always maintaining the overall style, value, and quality of the design.

To clarify, the order was placed for Sunday delivery to an address outside of London, where our delivery services are not available on Sundays or Mondays. As soon as this was identified, we sent several notifications and emails to the contact details provided to explain the situation and advise on the next available delivery date. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.

Once you later requested cancellation, the order was refunded in full, which was processed in line with standard banking timelines. While refunds can take several working days to appear depending on the payment provider, we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Poor value for money

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, five days in advance of the date.
They arrived just before midday, but sadly not a patch on the advertised ones on the website. A sparse and limited arrangement, with mainly just scented stocks. Contacted customer services who offered a glib reply and 'couldn't care less attitude'. Won't be using them again.

This was reviewed carefully by both our customer service team and our florists, and we confirmed that the bouquet was prepared exactly as ordered, with the correct stem count, flower varieties, and colour palette in line with the Pure Bliss design.

The Pure Bliss bouquet is intended to be a soft, elegant arrangement, and as with all handmade bouquets using natural, seasonal flowers, there can be some variation in how full or compact an arrangement appears compared to website images. However, we’re confident that what was delivered matched the product specification for the Standard size.

We are sorry if our response felt dismissive as that was certainly not our intention. We always aim to handle concerns professionally and transparently, even when our findings confirm that an order was fulfilled correctly.

Read the small print!!!!

Ordered and paid for same day delivery for Mother’s Day.. only to receive an email (they weren’t even able to get my name right on that communication) to say Flowers wouldn’t be delivered until Tuesday… 2 days later than ordered.. so I asked them to cancel the order, which they did but had the audacity to charge £10 admin fee. Whilst the person I had been emailing remained pleasant with their language… the fact they refer to all this small print is ridiculous… it’s flowers not a car… AVOID

To clarify, the order was placed on a Sunday for same-day delivery to an address in a different city, which unfortunately isn’t a service we’re able to offer. As soon as the issue was identified, we contacted you immediately to explain this and advise on the earliest possible delivery date.

As the order was placed on Mother’s Day, one of our busiest trading days of the year, it had already been processed and printed for fulfilment by our florists before the cancellation request was received. In line with our clearly stated returns and cancellation policy, an administration fee was therefore applied. We appreciate that this is frustrating, but this policy exists to cover the manual handling and disruption involved once orders enter active production, particularly during peak periods.

We apologise if the initial communication did not address you correctly by name, and we’re sorry that this added to your frustration. While we understand that policies can feel impersonal, they are in place to ensure fairness and consistency during exceptionally busy periods.

Ordered On Saturday With Next Day Delivery. Got them Tuesday.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, managed to select the date and next day delivery. Only to get an email telling me the order was on hold as they don’t deliver outside of London next day?? Well, the website doesn’t tell you when placing your order unlike what you replied to me in your email. I’ve took screenshots and I’d already guessed you’d have more customer reviews here with the same complaint. Ordered for Sunday, got here Tuesday.
Evidently giving incorrect details to customers on the website and now they have stopped replying to my complaint, I’m taking it to Trading Standards. AVOID! (Slow clap)

Beautiful flowers but delivered a day…

Beautiful flowers but delivered a day late as the driver arrived without the flowers and was unable to go back to the shop to pick them up. As a result spoilt the birthday surprise.
