Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost - company failing badly recently. I have used this company a number of times in the past with great results but from my recent experience and all the other one star reviews of late (15 in the last 2 months) the service seems to be disintegrating and I will never use again. I made a same day order at 9.30am and they called me up at 5.30pm saying they couldn’t fulfil the advertised bouquet - way too late to order something elsewhere. I called them up before placing the order to ask them a question on the bouquet as the description didn’t match the picture - different colour - and they couldn’t answer but transferred me to a voicemail. I called again and same thing happened again. The company is now unusable given how many customers they seem to disappoint.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. Ordered flowers for my friends birthday, clearly advertising next day delivery on their website which I selected and paid £7.95 for. They then sent an email to my junk account saying that the flowers were put on hold for bank holiday Monday? By Thursday they had still not been delivered and I followed up - they offered a Saturday delivery - 6 days late and a £2 (insulting) partial refund.

Horrendous service.
I ordered priority delivery flowers from their website and even paid £20 just for delivery as I wanted the flowers not only delivered same day but asap - and priority service is according to their website supposed to deliver within 3 hours. The normal same day delivery is £9 - I should’ve just paid normal because not only did they not deliver my flowers within three hours but I had absolutely no contact from them either other than a receipt - no confirmation email, no text messages, no number provided to call in case of any issues. I tried calling so many times on the number on their website but the call never connected and I emailed them as well but they never replied. Finally, when I started calling and emailing they sent me a text message saying your flowers are on the way and to just wait for them and then asked the receiver for my ID even though I clearly filled out the the flowers were for someone else and gave all their details. Absolutely horrible customer service - as in it’s nonexistent. I’m actually so annoyed with the fact that I used this website thinking they’re recommended and award winners because it was a total waste of my time and money and the person I was ordering the flowers for got them at 6:30pm instead of 12pm. The fact that the flower station just Uber-ed the flowers instead of contacting me really annoys me because I could’ve just Uber-ed flowers myself if that was the case and saved myself a lot of money and time. Would highly recommend never using them.

Flowers delivered died after 2 days
Almost all the flowers in bunch that was delivered died after 2 days. As the flowers were a thank you to my daughter for taking me on holiday their condition was a disgrace.
I have received not response to my email to them complaining

Floral Fraud
Terrible, take your money, deliver wilting flowers that have no resemblance to what you ordered at 4 times the cost. Petrol garage flowers are a far better option. Avoid avoid avoid. Floral fraudsters

I had a wonderful experience at Flowers Station ,Baker street with Antonella Florist! The floral arrangements are truly elegant, and the atmosphere in the shop is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. What I especially appreciated is that : the atmosfere s changes when came young florist is run by a young, dynamic florit full of fresh ideas and positive energy. Antonella work with passion, are incredibly creative, and pay great attention to detail – you can really feel the love she s put into their work.
Unlike other places where older employees can sometimes seem less enthusiastic or rushed, here the younger staff bring a fresh vibe. She s friendly, cheerful,know many languages and always ready to help you choose something special. It’s great to see young women given the chance to shine – and the results speak for themselves.

Didn’t resemble the photo. I am the person who sent the flowers, June Torrance was the recipient and she sent me a photo in thanks. I ordered white dreamland which looked lovely with, strangely, white flowers and lots of greenery and not the white and pink flowers with some greenery delivered. Sandra Healy

Poor value for money
Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, five days in advance of the date.
They arrived just before midday, but sadly not a patch on the advertised ones on the website. A sparse and limited arrangement, with mainly just scented stocks. Contacted customer services who offered a glib reply and 'couldn't care less attitude'. Won't be using them again.

Ordered and paid for same day delivery for Mother’s Day.. only to receive an email (they weren’t even able to get my name right on that communication) to say Flowers wouldn’t be delivered until Tuesday… 2 days later than ordered.. so I asked them to cancel the order, which they did but had the audacity to charge £10 admin fee. Whilst the person I had been emailing remained pleasant with their language… the fact they refer to all this small print is ridiculous… it’s flowers not a car… AVOID

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, managed to select the date and next day delivery. Only to get an email telling me the order was on hold as they don’t deliver outside of London next day?? Well, the website doesn’t tell you when placing your order unlike what you replied to me in your email. I’ve took screenshots and I’d already guessed you’d have more customer reviews here with the same complaint. Ordered for Sunday, got here Tuesday.
Evidently giving incorrect details to customers on the website and now they have stopped replying to my complaint, I’m taking it to Trading Standards. AVOID! (Slow clap)

Beautiful flowers but delivered a day late as the driver arrived without the flowers and was unable to go back to the shop to pick them up. As a result spoilt the birthday surprise.
