Very comfortable and absorbent and do not move having the 3 fastenings really helps to make them stay put.

I made a mistake of ordering under an old address. Customer service were amazing at keeping in contact and working to help me with this, resending my order when it was returned.

It was my third purchase from Flowette and now my daughter started using the period pants as well. They are amazing, comfortable and do the job perfectly. I don't have to worry about night time leaks or discomfort. Good offers and prices, great customer service, brilliant company.

Amazing customer service. I stupidly ordered the wrong size from the dropdown menu and luckily I noticed on the packet before I opened them (they make the size very clear on the packet so this made it easy). When I contacted customer services they were so helpful, told me how to return for an exchange etc. I then asked about sizing and they recommended different sizes in each style , this was after I’d placed the exchange ordered so I email to ask if they could send different sizes and they organised this for me no problem! Honestly, haven’t had service that good in ages. They all fit great and though I haven’t tested them out yet I can see that they will work well too. Will test them out and then definitely ordered more as I am now a convert! Just a note on the sizing… size up on the gym and heavy duty ones and down on the comfy ones. I’m a 16-18 so 16 in comfy and 18 in others and they fit great.

I ordered one pair for my teenage daughter to try and she absolutely loves them, so we came back and ordered some more. Great quality, fun colours. Very happy with service and product quality. Will definitely be buying more and have already recommended to my friends for their daughters too.

Order arrived when promised. Knickers seem like good quality.

After having issues with no response from messages and only 1 pair of knickers turning up I actually got a response. They actually worked really quickly to rectify the problems, the person that dealt with my issue stayed in touch and made sure they updated me with the replacement items and confirmed everything was received before closing her investigation. Really good customer service, couldn’t fault them and the products that turned up seem good quality and fit nicely. So glad that I could turn what I felt was 1 star service review into a 5 star review.

So far so good! First delivery took a little longer than I expected but second order came quite quickly. The period pants are incredible! I think I need to get a few more pairs as I need to change through the day due to being very heavy for a few days but otherwise comfortable and supportive. I would order again!

Ordered a bundle of of menstrual pants which ended up being too small, tried to return the unworn, UNOPENED pairs for a refund and was told I was out of the timeframe. So I'm now stuck with six pairs of pants that are ill-fitting and uncomfortable because they wouldn't just give me a refund for like 30 odd quid lol. Messaged first on Facebook and didn't receive a reply, so had to message again and spoke to a customer advisor with an absolute stick up their a*s who was completely unwilling to help me and also had a bit of an attitude to be honest.

So fair play Flowette, keep my 30 quid but I won't be using you again and I'll be telling all my friends that use you to go somewhere else too :') so I hope keeping my few quid was worth the custom you'll be losing lol.

No delivery and a response from their customer service saying they will look into it and then nothing! Total Scam avoid at all costs might as well take your money and throw it in the bin!

Nice fit, arrived on time
