From the initial phone call to the company to request help the experience was great. Friendly, very helpful phone call to arrange an appointment and due to a sewage issue we were fitted in the same day, the lady who answered the phone is someone every business needs, so helpful and professional. Michael called us a little later to say he could come sooner than planned if it worked for us (which it did) and when he arrived we knew we were in good hands with someone who knows exactly what he’s talking about and what’s needed. It was a bit of a tricky job due to access and Michael was with us for 2.5 hours to resolve the problem which he did and he was able to show my husband the exact issue too. We needed access from both neighbours and Michael very kindly spoke with the neighbours too. Cannot fault the service, the job done and the people. Highly recommend this service if you need help with blocked drains. We would use again for sure should we need to and have already passed details on to friends.

I called flow fast when i realized the soil drainage pipes under my new extension was blocking up. Michael arrived and used his camera to diagnose the problem. He found the problem straight away and help me put a plan in place. I sug down and exposed the pipe and Michael cam back and fixed it and patched the damaged clay pipe under the ground. He did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable, keeping me informed thoughout the process. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

Arrived exactly when he said he would. Extremely thorough checked all the other manholes and cleared the problem. Even pulled out his CCTV equipment to check the pipes above just in case.

I've been doing a full house renovation for the last year. Flow fast drainage has been the best trade organisation I have dealt with by a country mile. From start to finish, they have been professional, responsive, professional and fair. They charge fairly and we are extremely happy with the work they have carried out.
