Paid member, but no access??
I purchased the family plan, and neither I or my family members have access. When we try to learn a song, there is a lock icon, and we get prompted to purchase premium. I have the bank charge. I paid. But the app is treating as if we aren’t subscribed. I wrote asking for customer service yesterday, but have not heard back yet. I planned on practicing everyday, but have already lost a few days of my year subscription. I hope this gets resolved, Before I reverse my bank charge. I tried troubleshooting as per the instructions on the flowkey support page. But it does not work. I am a paid customer who does not have access to what I paid for.

Thanks for your feedback! Maybe something, you could still try: When you use a tablet in vertical (portrait) mode, the full sheet view is automatically activated.
In this view, the piano at the top is hidden so you can focus entirely on the sheet music, almost like playing from paper.
We hope this helps make your practice feel more comfortable and enjoyable.
Polished tool - like a fine instrument
It's a really nice polished, sophisticated app that oozes purity and quality. Makes you feel good - like a beautiful instrument - it's thoroughly considered. Not full of buttons and extraeneous bits that confuse and provide friction like other apps. Would love to see it augmented with an early learning tool / class that walks beginners gently through to 2 handed playing (the hardest bit) as it otherwise seems like a more advanced though quite excellent intermediate tool. Some songs that I hoped and expected to find weren't there - so please keep expanding the library. (I was looking for some piano from Betty Bleu in particular). Awesome support should you need to communicate directly as I did - they'll make you feel lake a precious and valued customer. Thank you guys I hope to be dealing with you for some time !

Good for independent learning and good customer service
We subscribed to Flowkey during a Black Friday offer. Our son used it and enjoyed it - he used it to learn piano pieces independently but 4/5 as he said the courses weren’t very good.
One year later I had an automatic payment come through. I had a total panic because I thought I had cancelled the subscription and the price had naturally increased to the non offer price. It is annoying that you can’t cancel on your phone or iPad, you have to use a laptop/PC. I contacted Flowkey and they very kindly and swiftly arranged a refund and cancelled the subscription. Not all companies are willing to do that so I really appreciated this.

I Like Flowkey, but Their Discount Strategy Needs More Honesty
I enjoyed using Flowkey’s free version and was interested in upgrading to Premium when I saw their Black Friday offer claiming “–70% discount.”
However, the discount is calculated against 12 monthly payments ($29 × 12), instead of their regular annual price ($140).
So the real discount is only 25%:
(140 – 104) / 140 = 25%
Customer service confirmed this, but did not address the ethical issue of using the most expensive payment option as a comparison.
Flowkey is a good product — but honest advertising builds trust.

Being able to see someone play a song
Being able to see someone play a song - so I can work out the fingering - is what makes Flowkey a better match for me than the other apps I've tried. I have 2 frustrations. One is that lots of songs I'd like to learn how to play are not available. The other is that there doesn't seem to be a way to print out the songs I'm learning as sheet music. Once I've learned to play them, I'd just like to have the sheet music rather than have to use my iPad and still have the video of the person playing showing.

Regarding printable sheet music: you’re absolutely right that having a printout can be very useful once you’ve mastered a piece. While flowkey focuses on a scrolling format for learning, we’ve recently introduced a full sheet music view on tablets and iPads. Simply rotate your device into portrait mode, and you’ll see the entire score at once, much closer to the feeling of real sheet music.

Very fine app. One of the best.I like the frequent updates but worried that they will raise the yearly fee as they almost did once with me. I think it is better to keep the fee the same , especially for costumers/ subscribers that supported them all these years. Thank you!

In the first one, you see some recommendations based on what you have done before. And in "Continue learning" you find pieces that you have been working on.
Still, we can see that giving an even better overview of your learning achievements would be helpful and even more motivating. We'll work on further improving this.
Lessons appear out of order or hard to pick up where left off.
I seemed to have gotten the lessons mixed up. I now consider myself on an intermediate level, but just discovered the note lessons that I could have used in the beginning lessons even though I show that I completed the beginning and intermediate lessons at 100%. I found that this was weird.
