FlowLister is an AI-powered eBay listing tool built by an active reseller, for active resellers. The platform turns a single product photo into a complete eBay listing — title, description, item specifics, the right category, and a suggested price pulled from real recent sold comps — in about 60 seconds. The product exists because of a specific problem its founder, Chris Taylor, hit while running his own eBay reselling operation: listing time. A typical manual eBay listing takes 10 to 15 minutes per item when you factor in writing the title, picking the right category, looking up sold prices, filling in item specifics, and adding shipping details. For a part-time reseller listing 30 items a week, that's seven or more hours of repetitive typing every week — the kind of work that kills momentum and burns out new sellers before they reach full-time income. FlowLister compresses that workflow to roughly 3 minutes per item. Beyond the core listing flow, FlowLister includes free tools designed for the everyday seller: an eBay fee calculator built on the current 2026 fee structure, a free title generator, a shipping cost calculator, and the Worth It pre-purchase value tool that lets you snap a photo IN the thrift store to see real sold-comp prices BEFORE you commit to buying an item. Pricing is straightforward. A free tier covers part-time sellers with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans scale with listing volume. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time. Refunds available within the first 30 days, no questions asked. FlowLister is built specifically for eBay resellers — thrift store flippers, estate sale sourcers, cross-platform sellers managing eBay alongside Mercari and Poshmark, and resellers transitioning from side-hustle to full-time. It is not the right fit for brand-new product sellers, Amazon FBA private-label operations, or dropshippers. Customer support is handled directly by the founder and a small team based in the United States. Reach us at founder@flowlister.com or via in-app chat — we typically respond within 24 hours on business days. If you've used FlowLister, we'd love your honest review. Real seller feedback shapes everything we build next.

Dishonest Billing and Poor Customer Service

I signed up for the 7 day trial period for $0.99. The very next day the company started charging me the monthly fee (not 7 days later as advertised). Later on, I switched from the $49.99 per month plan to the $19.99 plan. Instead of prorating the $49.99 plan, then charging me $19.99, he just charged me both charges the same month...so $70 for one month instead of $20. When I contacted the owner/customer service, he told me flat out that he was not going to do anything about it...no prorate...no partial refunds. Such a terrible billing and customer service experience.
On top of that, FlowLister does not work very well. I had to keep adding information manually that was very legible in the pictures. If you take a picture that shows the Country of Origin, FlowLister still leaves the Country of Origin blank. And, the AI tool would add condition notes saying their was damage to items that had no damage. So, I would have to go back and edit those fields. The whole reason I signed up was to save time, but I just ending up spending extra time editing fields that the AI tool either did not fill out or filled out incorrectly. There is very little benefit to this tool as a reseller. Basically, all you get is billing headaches and poor customer support. This was a terrible experience and waste of money.

An Absolute Game Changer

Flowlister has been an absolute game changer for me. In fact I'd go so far as to call it life changing, and I'll tell you why. I have a whole pile of stuff lying around that I've been meaning to put on eBay for literally years, but I've been putting it off and putting it off!

Flowlister changed all of that for me literally overnight. I cannot believe how easy and user-friendly it is. I take a few pictures of a given item, push the button and boom, Flowlister creates the listing for me in less than a minute! I've already put a bunch of stuff on eBay and sold a number of items...not only is this freeing up more space in my home, it's obviously been great for my bank account as well.

Please it's super cool to be able to ask questions of the founder directly as well, that's extremely rare in product support.

It is alright

It is alright, however it is not quite as good as you would expect it to be. Some of the listings were priced incorrectly and the items were completely wrong. However when it did work it worked well. Also I had to post half of my items one by one because of the system isn’t always right.

I am being selfish

I am being selfish, I don't want my competition to use FlowLister. I have quadrupled my new listings and my income has shot up. The results are real. Can't we just keep this program a secret between friends?
The learning curve is almost flat. I did not lose days trying to figure anything out.
The help desk goes to the man that made the program and he has responded to questions amazingly quickly. And with a great bedside manner too.
He even provided free credits to my account for a technical issue that did not impact me... just in case.
And you know... it's also kind of fun to use. Plug in your data, add your pics and watch all the thinkey-work that I used to invest in each and every listing gets done in seconds. And while the results are still at the present rate of A.I. accuracy, they are better than I would get training an actual new human to do the same work. And with less time spent hand-holding during my work day.
But my competition are my peers and I care deeply about their welfare. I feel it would be psychologically healthier for them to continue to meet their existing challenges just as they are. Free time and extra income are for the weak.
