I made an order on the 9th of October…

I made an order on the 9th of October and now it's 14th of November. I have not received my order and they are not answering my email and Instagram. They are so unprofessional, my order is still in transit with dhl. Is it so hard to be good with your costumers?
I don't even want the shoed please refund me back. You guys are not serious and you don't answer.
If no one believes me this is my tracking number.
