Lots of add ons pop up as you try to navigate their online purchase system. Cancelled order after seeing two extra charges for “purchase protection” added to the order inflating the total by $20. It’s been two weeks and the refund still has not processed

Please do not trust this business as…

Please do not trust this business as they are a total scammer! I order two pillows on Dec 20 2025 and I have received nothing at all!
I keep emailing their agents and all I got was false information of shipment and fake tracking numbers. I have already reported to the credit card company.

I've tried to return the pillows and got ghosted

I've tried to return the pillows, and I've sent 2 emails one on 1/14 and one on 1/21, and despite it saying they'd respond in 24-48 hours, I've gotten no response. I just want to return them. This is no way to run a business.

Stay Away! Bad pillows! Bad customer service!

I bought these pillows when I saw them advertised on Instagram. I checked the company’s website first and saw they had a no hassle money back guarantee policy. They came in mid-December and I was very excited to try them. Well, they were awful! Absolutely no support and I quickly replaced them with my original pillows. The next day, on December 18, I emailed the company asking for a full refund. I received their automated response that said, “…Due to the high volume of orders and emails, we are currently experiencing, please be advised that your request will be handled by one of our dedicated customer service representatives within the next 24 to 48 hours.” The next day, December 19, I received an email from “Emy” that I could ship the pillows back and, once received, they would “promptly process my refund” or, I could keep them and they would refund me 50% of the cost excluding shipping. When I brought the pillows to my local UPS store the shipping was 1/2 the cost of the pillows, so I decided to take “Emy”’s offer of the 50% of the cost. I emailed “Emy” on December 30 stating that I’d like to accept the offer for the 50% of the cost. On that same day, I received an email from “Sharon” that they had processed a refund and to allow 3-5 business days. I waited and waited and still no refund. On January 13, I emailed “Sharon” that I had still not received my refund. Again, I received their automated response. I emailed them again on January 19 and still no response. This company is awful! Stay away. I hope this detailed review deters you from buying anything from this company.

Fluff Co scam

Saw pillow advertised on internet. Ordered, when checking my PayPal account I see an order for four pillows(I ordered 1) for $169.00. There is no way to cancel,when I email company they say the have already shipped. Only option is to take delivery and send back, at my expense of $110.10. For something I never ordered. This is a scam. Please stay far away from this company as u can get!

30 Day Guarantee Means Nothing

How you can advertise a 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE and then take more than a week to reply to customer inquiry emails (the system they’ve put in place for customer service), and then not actually provide a guarantee, is beyond me. I can get a refund if I pay for shipping on my own. They recommend using USPS and say “do not include any additional add-ons like insurance.” Or receive a 50% refund if I keep the pillow and donate it myself. It feels very scammy. I would not recommend ordering pillows from here. If their pillows were as advertised it would be one thing, but to be meh and then to be given a return process that feels like a lot of work in an effort to discourage customers from making returns (filing health insurance claims or doing my taxes seems like a vacation in comparison) is shady. Don’t fall for their well designed ads, the money they’re saving on return labels is going to these ads.

On December 29 ordered 2 pillows, got one

On December 29, 2025 I order a pillow and my card charged. During the checkout another pillow came up which looked interesting so I ordered that one as well. My card was charged again. The total order came to about $120. I received one pillow with a shipping invoice of that amount for one pillow. I have repeatedly emailed the company to clarify and correct this. Crickets. I went with this company because of the reviews of Oprah. I hope she knows this company is unreliable and her name is being tarnished with theirs. The pillow is not of quality either. It is hard and flattens very disappointing and unethical company.

Sharon from Fluff Co reached out to me to say I had upgraded my original pillow to a another upon check out. That was not my intention nor would I pay $120 for a pillow and certainly not for what I received. The take away for me is to avoid any site that practices up selling and then uses a check out system that appears to allow a CC only to be required to check out vis Pay Pay. The upselling and delayed attention to this matter and the need to publish this review to get their attention speaks volumes. I am not a fan of the product or the company procedures. Sharon did her job in finally returning my inquiry and giving information. Upselling borders on slimy business practices when you cannot get through a check out system cleanly.

Do Not Trust Companies with NO Phone Number

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, received an email with tracking info and both tracker and shipper say no such order exists. I’ve reached out to Fluffco via email - the ONLY method shown on their website or emails. After the emails I still have gotten no response.

I researched the company’s location address, which points to an apartment community on Venice Blvd. I appears this company buys pillows from China as that is where the tracking comes from. I will pursue a refund from my credit card company since the company has been nonresponsive. Save your money and buy pillows where you trust the vendor.

Uncomfortable pillow & NO customer service!

Don’t be fooled by the marketing. There is no satisfaction guarantee and customer service is nonexistent. The pillows offer zero support and go flat faster than the company’s responsiveness. customer service is terrible ,i think it's a scam

i am upset as no one has responded to my 3 emails ,and then i held on phone for 30 min to get through ,a guy "Tom" who knows if thats his real name refused to credit my PayPal ,i wanted one of the pillows and had ordered in error, due to being elderly and found it confusing and apparently ordered goose feather in error,,I contacted them as soon as I realized it ,he had no understanding ,no compassion for the mistake ,and offered me 15 dollars, my initial oder was 59 plus shipping and they charged me over 200,,he said its too late to credit it to my pay planthen he said you have to be there exactly when the order arrives and send it back, no one can know and sit around waiting when he had no idea of when it would arrive,,I should have payed closer attention to the reviews regarding spam,,it's awful to take advantage of elderly folks when an honest error is made and contacted company immediately ,especially a pillow company ,wow,

I order 4 pillows for a Christmas gift. One of the pillows had damage. I emailed the company and they asked me January 3 to send a picture of the damaged pillow which I did. I have not received a reply or a new pillow.

Updated for return

UPDATE: I did get a response for my return, not sure if they were over a week behind in their replies or the review had them responding. Once they did reach out, everything went smoothly and the return was processed timely. I only returned the one pillow which had not been opened yet and from my perspective that is what seemed reasonable.

As per other reviews, this company seems a little scamish. They START by getting your credit card information (red flag right there) and the check out process is so convoluted and full of upselling. Was hoping that maybe the pillows would be as good as they claim, but nope. Forget trying to get a return started as the company does not respond.

Is this a scam company

Is this a scam company? During the lengthy bait-and-switch checkout process, I ended up getting a more expensive down pillow than I originally wanted. Received the pillow, determined it to be hard as a rock. Tried to contact this company to schedule a return 3x and only received an automated response telling me they would get back to me. NO RETURN SHIPPING

The website states they offer free shipping on all orders above $100 in the continental US. HOWEVER, they neglect to mention that they do not pay for RETURN shipping, which would have cost me >$50 (by nature of them being in CA and me being in NJ). Instead, they offer a 50% refund and instructed me to donate the pillows. They clearly don't stand by their product!! EDITED to add that their firm down pillow is hard as a rock and as heavy as a brick and is not the least bit fluffy.

They took $140.00 out of my account And finally the next month they are keeping $32.00 of my money and only refunding $108. Huh? Wtf? Do not order from these crooked people.
