wir haben viel Erfahrung mit der Airline, es gibt immer Verspätung. Es wird nie der Grund angegeben. Alle ander Airlins fliegen pünktlich nur Insel Air nicht. Einfach nicht zu empfehlen wir hatten bis zu 4 Stunden Verspätung. Jeder der uns besucht und mit dieser Airline fliegt kommt zu spät.
Gebucht war ein Flug mit Insel Air, ansässig Curacao, Port-au-Prince nach Miami 06.11.16 10:40 - 12:30. Buchung erfolgte am 13.05.16, die Abflugzeit wurde am 06.06.16 auf 14:30 - 17:20 geändert. Mein Transatlantikflug um 16:55 Uhr war damit nicht mehr zu erreichen. Die Stornierung wurde abgelehnt. Somit auch kein Refund für den an sich schon hohen Flugpreis.
