Majitha was super easy to deal with and did an amazing job booking our flights to Europe. He found us perfect flight times with great airlines, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was fast, clear, and efficient - nothing was ever a hassle.

Majitha responds to all queries promptly through what's ap. He gives me options for the journey I am planning and is able to give advice on the transit times and the quality of service on the various airlines. Recently when flight delays on Singapore Airlines meant I had to re-route my flight back to Auckland. Singapore Airlines gave me just one unsatisfactory option. I contacted Majitha on what's ap and he was able to find me a better alternative route. Will continue to use Fly Lanka.

From beginning to plan our trip to Sri Lanka to arriving back in New Zealand, the people at FlyLanka, and particularly their representative Marjitha, was extremely helpful in both recommendations to complete our itinerary and flexibility in being able to ammend whatever the situation to ensure our complete satisfaction.
The relationship with FlyLanka did not end once our tickets were issued. We had constant contact throughout our journey ensuring that everything went to plan.
Our driver / guide, Jayantha, was a particularly nice, respectful, knowledgeable man who shared a great deal of Sri Lankan history with us. His recommendations of what to see and where to visit while en-route were just great.
The hotels, both corporate and boutique, that we were booked at by FlyLanka were superb.
We would have no hesitation in recommending FlyLanka to any person or organization wishing to get the best in value and expertise when journeying to Sri Lanka.

Ever since I moved to NZ, I have always booked my tickets with Fly Lanka. However, this time, I had a terrible experience. I had to deal with Samadhi, who works at Fly Lanka. Initially, she was supportive and professional. We deposited the ticket fee from Sri Lanka. The bank informed us that it would take some time to transfer the money since it was Friday. Samadhi kept calling me every 5-10 minutes, claiming that the money was not transferred and that the account name was incorrect. As a result, my parents had to go to the bank again. The bank confirmed that the payment was made, and we sent her the receipt. However, she was not satisfied and demanded proof from the bank. So, my parents had to get a signed copy from the bank staff again, which we provided. She claimed she could not check their account for some reason. The next day, Saturday morning, she called me again, insisting that the money had not been transferred and requesting proof. We explained that the bank had stated it would show on her account on Monday due to it being Friday. Nevertheless, she wanted my parents to go to the bank again and update their bank account book, and send her proof. She continued to call me every 10 minutes, even though my parents were still asleep in Sri Lanka. The most disappointing part was when she informed me that my parents' return transit from Melbourne airport would be changed to Sydney airport. Although nothing else was altered, when I checked, I realized the transit time was extended by nearly 3 hours. I had already paid in full and everything was finalized. When I questioned her about this, she said she might have forgotten to inform me, leaving me with no other options.This entire experience was incredibly disappointing, uncomfortable, and misleading.

We booked our trip through Sri Lanka thro to Dubai

On our leg from Athens to Ireland that we had booked through another agent there had been a flight change that we were not notified about the change so missed the flights

Tried to get hold of travel agent that we had booked them through but as it was 11pm back in NZ with had no reply
So I rang Majitha at fly Lanka and told him we had been let down and needed to get from Athens to Belfast Ireland he said give him five minutes and true to his word he sent us links to tickets he procured for us he is truly Amazing
