I would give 5 stars for process simplicity. However, while buying exterior lighting fixtures, I selected the no motion sensor "regular" choice, yet, the confirmation email indicates "motion sensor" option. There is no "cancel order" link on the confirmation page or in the email. I really hope that I get the lights that I ordered.

Time will tell.

Edit: I've updated my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. I've contacted the company about my issue. In a timely manner I received a reply from a real human who checked my order personally and assured all was well. The issue was that the description of the light fixture contains "motion sensor" as part of the title. The "regular" option selection does not change the aforementioned title, but is noted below in smaller print.

Anyway, all is good now:)

Incredibly slow processing and delivery. Survey is asking about my experience before I’ve even seen the product which is an indication to me that the process is slower than the company even expected. Ordered nearly a month ago and hopefully will see the fan this week.

This company is not transparent. I was unaware they are a Chinese company and ship from China. I ordered a fan on Sept 21, and was told it shipped and I would receive end of October. I’m hoping I actually receive a product. Looks like I would have to pay to return the product if it doesn’t meet my expectations. Do not order from this company!

Said product constantly shipped when contacting by email. Everytime was a different excuse or reason. They ruined my events by not shipping when promised. When I said I would contact BBB they got mad and cancelled order causing now future loss on my part. Also first light received was damaged so they gave me credit on this future order which is also now lost. I have nothing now but damaged light and loss of business!!

Once I found the product I wanted I could see based off the photos on the website that it should do what I wanted. I ordered it and tracking was provided. I didn’t realize it didn’t come with a plug and at the price I spent it should have. The wiring diagram is in Chinese so I had to make an educated guess and try it. It could have caused a problem but luckily it didn’t.

Easy to use website. Great product. Came very quickly. Have used customer service and came away very impressed with knowledge and timely answers.

You have a lot of different sizes of solar lights that is very nice

Update: I purchased 2 outdoor glass brick solar lights to place under a statue. The first one stopped working after one day, the second one stopped working after 2 days. Initially I did not hear back after emailing customer service, and when I called was told it had to be done through email (seems odd). However, within 3 days from my original email I did hear back from customer service, and they were very helpful. They asked me to fully charge the lights again in daylight, which I did but which unfortunately did not resolve the issue (one remained non-working, and one only remained lighted for a day before not working again). Customer service then promptly refunded me the full amount and were very polite. Of course, I would have rather had a product that worked ... I was planning to purchase other FlyAchilles lights but I am hesitant now.
