Alexandra was my contact person. She was excellent! Professional in all aspects concerning the chartering of the aircraft. Promptly answered my emails and returned all phone calls in a timely fashion.

Chartering aircraft from previous experiences can be challenging, Alexandra knowledge of the process made this a smooth stress free experience.

She explained in clear precise terms how the payment was to be executed and by mistake I overpaid and she promptly refunded the overpayment.

In closing I would highly suggest Alexandra as your go to contact when charting a flight with Flapper.

Don't buy empty legs with Flapper.

It can not be a coincidence.

I bought 4 seats on an empty leg flight, and I asked the support team how often they cancel the flights, and he replied, almost never.

Surely, just over 12 hours before the flight, they informed me that it was canceled.

I don't recommend using this company. Avoid. They will cancel last minute. Buy empty legs somewhere else.

Everything was perfect. We had the plane as booked and left at the agreed time. Check-in, boarding and disembarking was a breeze. We arrived much more relaxed than if we would have been in BC on AM. It was like gaining a day.
