As explained per e-mail, you listed three travellers when you reported your case, however, one of the travellers was an infant. Unfortunately, you are not entitled to compensation for infants, as infants do not occupy a separate seat and, therefore, you don't have to pay the full fare. That's why you received compensation for two travellers rather than three.

Flygförsening.se has helped me two times now and have done that successfully. I can recommend them and it is worth the time and money to do so. I will do it again if i need to even though that i know "how" to put my complaint to the companies, i also know that i dont have the time and energy to keep fighting against them.. Good business idea but a bit slow service
Excellent to get help to get your customer rights. However, needs trimming in. We got quite a few emails asking for more info that has already been provided. But so nice to get most of your money back without almost any effort.
