The whole experience was fantastic! From landing on the water of Bigwin Island, to the perfect golf experience, topped off with a beautiful dinner overlooking the lake, it was definitely well needed. Not to mention the stunning modern cabin accommodations, this trip was A++

My wife, Iris, and I were first-time consumers of private aircraft travel, and we had a GREAT experience with Flygreen ! Ryan Saroli is a consummate professional, hard-working, caring, and responsive. Ryan searched hard for an empty leg and got us a great price on a big aircraft going from MacArthur Airport/Iselip to West Palm Beach-- an 8-seat Hawker 800XP -- which made us feel safe. The demand to return to NY from South Florida was great, so the prices were higher, but Ryan did his job and got us a good deal on a somewhat smaller aircraft. To show how caring Ryan is, even after he booked the return flight, Ryan kept working for us and was able to turn what would have been a 1-stopover return flight into a direct flight. Avoiding the stopover delay was was extremely important to us because Iris has severe COPD and uses a portable oxygen concentrator. Ryan did everything he could to make Iris comfortable, including arranging for car service to meet the plane in West Palm. (Iris also has mobility difficulties and uses a rollator. When I say Ryan's arranged car met the plane -- I mean the stairs from the plane dropped to the ground and the car was already at the foot of the stairs !)
Most important, Ryan found operators with the most professional pilots, who flew two uneventful, safe flights. All four pilots instilled in us confidence in their knowledge and ability; they showed concern not only for our physical comfort but also for Iris's oxygen needs.
Even though on the return flight we were on a smaller Citation CJ aircraft that had been buffeted by winds, the pilots made a pinpoint perfect landing. If it were gymnastics, the pilots would have received a 10 ! I cannot say enough good things about Ryan Saroli, and I heartily recommend Flygreen.
