I couldn't wait to use my hugz pillow…

I couldn't wait to use my hugz pillow on my trip to Seattle and truly it is the best pillow to sleep and relax on the plane. I have tried the usual pillows but it's not where it can stabilize your neck and quickly fall asleep.
I would recommend it to my friends 101%. Pauline Viernes.

I was not happy with my order and…

I was not happy with my order and requested a refund and followed the process. It’s been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Im VERY happy with my FlyHugz neck pillow. Ive just used it on a long haul flight and I felt I was able to more comfortably get to sleep than I would have previously. I’m pretty sure I got a good 6-7 hours of sleep. It was comfortable and I did not struggle with it being too hot or anything.
Had no issues with delivery.
Only small mishap (and I'm not sure if it was something I did or not) I took up the offer after my initial order, of the 2x eye masks for the price of 1, however when I checked up as to why I had not received it, it looks like my order was cancelled. I checked my bank account and it didn't show any payments going out for it, which was odd as I swear I had seen 2 payments go out(1 for the flyhugz and 1 for the masks). So not sure what has happened there. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase and excited to use it on all my future trips.

My only issue was that once the product…

My only issue was that once the product arrived here it took them 4 days to deliver it. They originally said it would arrive on Monday, then it was Tuesday, then it was Wednesday. It finally arrived today (Thursday). The town I live in isn’t that big and it was annoying that it took so long!

A friend of mine told me about this neck pillow. She travels a lot and she loves it. I have issues with vertigo and motion sensitivity. I haven’t traveled with it yet but it gives me great support as far as keeping my head in place.

Would leave negative stars if possible

Would leave negative stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY!!! DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WAS ORDERED. No one answers email or phone. I ordered through PayPal even thinking I could resolve my issue that way and the resolution is that FlyHugz is demanding that I must send my purchase back which I did not receive in order for them to refund through PayPal. Save your time and money and order a different product tor order this on Amazon if you truly want this product as you will be ripped off.

Travel pillow or comfy cloud?!

For the first time in my life I can finally sleep on a plane! My pillow and eye mask are magical. I was so impressed that I’ve gifted 5 pillows with masks to family and friends. The quality, appearance and comfort are like no other product I’ve tried.
Do yourself a favour and invest in the most comfortable travel pillow and mask out there!

Pillow arrived and one end was fraying…

Pillow arrived and one end was fraying and the cord was too. I have emailed company 4 times and called 4 times. No response. Horrible customer service. I have disputed the credit card charge and hope to get my money back.

Ordered the deal on 2 neck pillows in grey. Received one in pink, didn't love them, a little too stiff. Asked to return and for either a return label or QR code, but you had none, so I had to pick them up and ship these back to you at my expense. NOT cool.

Soft & Portable — Fix That Chin Seam

Great pillow — soft, supportive, and easy to pack. Only issue: the rigid seam where it contacts the chin caused skin irritation. Move that seam and this would be a 5-star buy.
