Almost everything is great from regular smooth flight schedule to flight hygiene, professional conduct both by operations & personnel's turnout, reasonable fares as compare to other airlines, crews, perfect takeoff and landing operations etc

First time flight either Fly Jinnah. Smooth checking - and boarding - islamabad airport layout makes this a smooth experience - on board very clean and comfortable cabin -I fly very frequently and this a budget airline would put European scheduled airlines to shame - very good food selection. Excellent overall - I will always fly this airline when I have a choice.

My experience for Domestic flight was great. Very easy service and helpful staff .

However, I would request that FlyJinnah update their app, as they request passport for domestic check-ins as well, whereas you use the National ID for registering via web.

Excellent service from check in to baggage collection. Some points to improve on : could keep the airflow running when the aircraft is parked it becomes congested . Could ask the pilot to address the passengers sooner rather than one hour after take off, it allows passengers to relate and connect with the Fly Jinnah team

During the flight my elder sister suffered in high fever & we asked for a blanket due to shivering. But the cabin crew informed that we have to buy it for 2 thousand rupees. Which is absolutely ridiculous & unfair as passenger might don’t have money. So she kept shivering throughout the flight, but the blanket was not provided. There must some curtisy or relaxation for a patient in flight. Regards

Reservation and payment procedures are simple and smooth. Customer service agents are exceptionally well trained and eager to find the bear possible solution.
Planes are well maintained. Comfortable seats.
Overall, there's nothing that can be pointed out as adverse negative. Highly recommended.

Every process from check in to baggage collection was as smooth as could possibly be . Take off , flight , landing all perfect . Good experience for sure . Crew was always around and willing to help .

I mostly travel with Fly Jinnah, and my experience is always positive. However, there is a need for more meal options, especially since I have a gluten allergy. Sometimes, it can be challenging to find suitable meals due to limited choices. Overall, I am satisfied with the staff and the service provided.

I am traveling fly Jinnah regularly and find very good in services. First time I experianced bad from help line where i asked a question that i didn't received message for change in schedule of flight. I get replied that we have send message to you so you may go to check your mobile which could be demage. This statement from flyjinnah hurted me a lot.

The whole end to end process was great with the exception of Skytime. The Flight Supervisor, Rana Asad, at Lahore Airport, was very helpful and good in his customer service skills. Airline should have more people lile him.

I have a pleasant experience with the Indonesian captain of flight no 9P811 flying from faisalabad to karachi on 30 April he has done such a smooth landing and a perfect takeoff. I am very satisfied 😌 ☺️.
And crew members are also polite.

Ethical, energetic staff, well dressed and polite.
However, during last flight to Karachi taking off from Faisalabad Airport (16:05 hrs) , I felt plane got a little waved (right,left) seconds before front wheel detached from ground.

Fly Jinnah is exceeding my expectations. I have been traveling on Fly Jinnah between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan since 2022 and their service is par excellence. Their website is so much user friendly; flights are mostly on time or they inform well in advance in case of any changes, their staff is courteous, planes are new, clean and comfortable, in-flight entertainment and flight information system availability on the in-plane Wi-Fi is great and so convenient. Wish them more success and prosperity.

Overall it's a pleasure traveling with Fly Jinnah. The flights are consistently delayed whenever I have flown Fly Jinnah. Checkin experience is always good. The cabin crew is friendly and professional. The ground staff at boarding are just ok.

Ticket prices are very reasonable. Planes are in very good condition. Most of their flights are on time. In future if they will add wide body planes in their fleet for international flights it will be more beneficial for Fyljinnah.

It was a great first experience flying in domestic flight with Fly Jinnah. Services were satisfactory.

This was the first time I used Fly Jinnah from Lhr to Khi. The check-in was smooth, and the flight was on time. The crew members were helpful and cooperative. But despite being a budget airline, the fare was on the higher side. And, overall, I would recommend my family and friends to choose Fly Jinnah for domestic travel.
