Great site and easy to use
Great site and easy to use. It was difficult to filter what I wanted and didn’t see the breakdown of fees. However, after a second attempt it was easy to book.

Good Experience
The service was good, easy to book the flights and pay.
One thing I would say it, they need to show the full break down of the fees because it was a bit confusing but all round good.

Multi city issues and crap response
We wanted to book a multi city flight package between London, San Francisco and LA. On the website it states that this can be done but you need to chat online or call up.
After trying the online chat and not receiving a response we tried to call, but were informed by a automated response that the lines were closed - even when the open hours clearly state 9am - 11pm on the website.
We then got a call back, but were informed that you can’t book multi city flights - even though it clearly states on the website that you can.
Overall a very dodgy and crap experience trying to deal with this company.
