SCAM!!!! I booked a flight and then I was waiting for confirmation to be able to check into the flight. I received an email from the company stating that I needed to call them back to finish up my booking. Then they tried to scam me out of an additional $230 stating that the flight that I paid for, and I booked through their website no longer had seats. I told them to give me a refund then, and I was denied a refund stating that they do not give refunds. My only option was to pay an additional $230 or loses out on my money that I had already paid for the ticket they sold me on their site.. FRAUD

SCAM DO NOT BUY! When it was time for my tickets the company no longer responded. I am reporting this to fbi and bbb and may more . My card company als flagged this company for other card users to be aware this is a scam . I missed court because of these lies and the owner knew I had court and personally spoke with me himself . My card was charged before I agreed to terms .

Scam scam scam. I never got my boarding passes at all. They kept delaying saying it was the airlines, then Blaming time difference ( oh yeah they are overseas and barely speak English).

Do not trust this company. This is a fraudulent operation designed to pressure customers into paying more and then withhold services.

Here is how the scam works:
• They first offer you an attractive price.
• After you agree, they claim the offer has “expired” and demand additional payment.
• Once you accept and they charge you, they never send the booking details.

When I demanded a refund, Samuel threatened me, saying I would only get my money back if I flew with them or accepted losing it entirely. This is coercion.

I was forced to buy my ticket directly from the airline, which was cheaper, faster, and legitimate. This company added no value—only risk and stress.

They also do not communicate properly in Spanish, which made the situation even more problematic.

Bottom line:
❌ Deceptive pricing
❌ No booking confirmation
❌ Threats instead of support
❌ No transparency

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Protect your money and book directly with the airline.

Flyodeals started off ok. The rep was nice. Had supercheap tickets in a comparison, so went with them. The rep said no tickets left at that price, ok heres the hook. So he quoted me a price in line with the rest, and more for extra baggage. Reasonable comparable price. So agreed to charges, told my ticket would arrive in email. 24 hours still no ticket, called, yes it will be there after 6pm, i leave the next morning. Ok 6pm, 7pm, 8 pm still no ticket. Called no anaswer. Bought another ticket on another airline, a deal ticket, because i just spent my money on this ticket. Deal ok. But now comes the real issues. My ticket never showed up, i first left emails, starting that day. No response to emails. So i start calling, no answer first couple of days. Finally get a hold of someone in the evening, told to call back in morning, couldnt help. Call back, told refund initiated, should hit 5 to 7 days. Which is unacceptable, however i conceeded. After 7days no refund. Call back, told oh you would like a refund, i can help with that, no i want the refund started 7 days sgo. There is no refund, i can start one, 10 to 14 days you will have. Refused to let me speak to supervisor, asked for email confirming the process of getting my refund. The email states one to two billing cycles. Again for a supervisor, refused. The parent company for flyodeal is VACATION WARES. These people are crooks, liars, and have no customer service skills, the company.is owned by a single entity, please stop giving this picklebee your hard earned money. Pay the extra couple of dollars to avoid this company like the plaque. They cost me time and money. I am stuck in arizona because of their incompetence. Im sure they will laugh at this review, but if it keeps people from spending their hard earned money here, they wont laugh anymore.

Best website to travel. Easy to use and very reliable! We traveled with our child and infant. I normally would book direct on airlines but never again! Our agent samuel took care of everything for us , even checking us in for flights and making sure our trip was amazing! Great deals ! I recommend this site to everyone , ask for Samuel and you won’t be disappointed!

I am elderly and I had a family emergency and I needed help with a flight to get to my sick daughter. Although I became confused here and there when trying to navigate my travel, Samuel Lopez hung in there with me and got me the best flight possible. In addition he went above and beyond to comfort me with his patience and kindness. I am very grateful for Samuel’s kind and caring work ethic! He is truly an expert in customer service and will always work with him should I need assistance in the future as well as recommend him to all my friends and family!

My experience with Flyodeals went so smooth. The owner or the agent, Samuel, was very helpful all through the process of purchasing my air ticket. For anyone who wants to deal with a legitimate Air Travel Agency, this Company, and most especially, Samuel is the go-to person. Thank you so much Flyodeals for creating a memorable experience for me, by saving me almost $100USD on my trip from Atlanta to Charlotte, on a last-minute deal; a price Priceline, Expedia, and other reputable companies couldn’t beat. I will definitely deal with this Company again.

I booked 7 tickets
They changed my original price
But were still cheaper so i continued with them ---- Big mistake

They did not give me the tickets until a few hours before flight

Once i came to the airport with boarding passes which were valid

I came to gate and was not allowed access because flyodeals used a fraudulent credit card

They did not want to confirm the card
And i ended up not being able to board

This ruined my vacation for 7 people
And they didnt refund my charge

They did offer credit for future flights with them , which im Not interested in

Do not use them

I purchased last-minute flights from this company after seeing a “special offer.” After I paid, they contacted me to say the offer was no longer available and pressured me to accept a higher price. Because I had already paid for hotels and excursions, and the new price was still below airline rates, I reluctantly agreed.

They assured me that once payment was completed, the flight tickets would be emailed to me. That never happened. I never received any tickets, and as a result, I lost all the money I spent on my trip.

I have repeatedly contacted them, and they continue to claim that a refund is coming, but there is no confirmation and no timeline. At this point, it is unclear whether I will ever get my money back.

I have no choice but to report this company to federal authorities.

The biggest 3rd party scam, never book with these guys. They act like they found you a flight make you pay just for you not to receive a boarding pass and booking ID, and when you call them to tell them you haven’t received an email to check in they tell you either the flight has been booked or there are no flights going out at that time. They tell you this after they make you pay. They don’t refund I had to call my bank and dispute because they were false advertising and not living up to their promises at the purchase!
