Be very Careful

Thank you Samuel for your help with the flights.

Initially, I gave these guys a positive review. After seeing what they are now, I wanted to give negative score here but no provision from this platform. They are very very very bad at the service and refunds are not given at all. I also just heard from my brother that his card given to these guys is having three fraudulent transactions now. I had the same experience in the past with my Amex card which I had to block and report dispute.

Earlier my Amex card was used by someone to make a booking at Frontier website and the same thing happened now with my brother’s card. I thought it was someone else and I just disputed that to the Bank. But, the theory is @Flyodeals is using old Customer cards to make bookings for other Customers. By the time dispute is reported, the new bookings are complete with travel and Customer paid money is getting adjusted to the disputed transactions of existing customers. I am not sure how we can spread this awareness but need help in stopping this fraudulent company in making more victims.

I have posted all about my bad experience with them and refund denial in twitter with proofs. Look for posts from rakhee63. I started legal fight as well against this Company and no great response yet.

The website showed the price really low ( good deal). However, they never send flight confirmation instead they stolen my credit card information and use it to booked the frontier airline for someone one week after my return. They are scam, be aware. Stay away. Don't put your credit card info to flyodeals

Shady. Booked for one price and a man with a very thick accent from India called to say the price changed as the tickets I booked was no longer available. If it is too good to be true, then it is.

Dario Sanchez failed to give me a confirmation for my flight and flyodeals is a sham. Do not try to fly with them its worth the money to use cheapoair and edreams(:

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They are not legit. They took my money & never delivered the tickets. After I booked online, I received a call requesting additional money. There was a glitch in airlines system and the flight was booked. But the supervisor authorized me to get another flight at same price. Reluctantly, paid higher price. I would get the tickets sent to my email. Called back no answer. Their 24 hour customer service is false. Used the online chat which no one answers. Sent an email t their support and to the representative that I had dealt with. Flying the next day. Called the next morning. Excuse after excuse. Promised I would get my tickets in the next 40 minutes. Promised I would get my tickets in the next two hours. Then every time I called they would answer the phone and hang up on me. Because of this company I had to purchase last minute tickets at 3 times the cost to get me to my destination the same day. They are thieves. All of the reviews on Trustpilot are lies! Do not schedule with this company. You will be sorry!
