I used them today for the first time received email with tracking options straight away. Then I read the reviews I'm worried now.

I ordered some Jordans based on the .co.uk web address only to realise they are usa based.
I sent a worried email to which they responded with my tracking number.
My beautiful Jordans arrived this morning. I ordered 14th Nov so just over 2 weeks.

If I could give a negative star instead of a One star I would. My daughter saved her Diwali money and purchased Jordans for £129 - they arrived. The shoes are dirty the stitching is fraid and they are FAKE ! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOW LIFE SCUM
They are refusing refund, sending rude emails, advising me to burn the loose stitching and bake the shoe in an oven !
This is the money of a child you have taken gifted to her on a very religious occasion from family . It's unethical what you guys are doing.

Excellent service I have a very happy daughter with her Jordan’s, they kept in contact the whole time and answered any questions I had very quickly. Would definitely use again :-)

Had a tracking number sent and received the trainers in the time frame stated on the website. Lovely trainers, exactly what I ordered with no problems

It’s been 12 days now. I still do not get any confirmation. I sent them emails twice but did get any response. Not sure this is correct site to buy something. Um

I ordered Jordans on this site under the impression they were 100% genuine as advertised. I stupidly checked the reviews after I had made the purchase and my heart sank. I contacted them immediately to cancel my order with little hope of getting my money back. I have been pleasantly surprised, they did respond to emails and I have now received my refund less than 5 days after cancelling. Rated 3 stars purely for the fact they advertise as genuine when they are potentially not

I was really worried about the company after reading all the bad reviews I was beginning to panic , I sent the company emails of my concerns and they responded quickly saying my trainers would arrive and not too worry.
They responded quickly and to every single email I sent them ..trust me I sent a few as was worried.
As promised and assured my trainers arrived earlier than stated which was a bonus and don't look fake I have compared real and fake and these look real nike jordans I ordered .
If they are fake I certainly cannot tell and they are a very good copy. As they are exactly the same as the real ones.
I will have one very happy daughter Xmas morning I cannot thank the company enough I shall be using them again I have no issues or concerns .

This is scam. Do not buy. No star really. Then I realised people were sent fakes if at all. My transaction was declined from my bank so they sent me fake text from the UK number pretending to be my bank to confirm that it was my transaction. They had already all my details. I had to cancel my card to avoid further scam. Luckily no money were lost.Be warned.

When I first ordered these shoes I was worried as I received no confirmation email but 2 days later I get a tracking code and 2 weeks later they arrived. They are in amazing condition and even if they are fake you can’t tell!

Awful company. Ignore emails. Shoes are not correct size. Absolutely crap!

Don't buy order weeks ago for daughter birthday haven't received them or not responded to any emails

Do not buy from this company! Not only will you get ripped off because the trainers are fake Jordan’s, they also break data protection and confidentiality by sending all of your personal details to complete strangers. They also aren’t UK based at all!
I ordered trainers on the 12th October (still haven’t received them) and on the 28th October I got an email from the company saying that there had been a mix up and the wrong address labels had been put on the wrong orders and that my order had been sent elsewhere, and I have received someone else’s. I was then told that I would need to first send what I had received to the correct person and then they would get mine sent to me. Which was then followed by them sending me an email with someone’s name, full address, email and phone number.
I have asked continuously for my money back as it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son. Which has now been and gone and I ordered something else from elsewhere. But they refuse to. I have also had to pay to send the trainers I did receive to the person who ordered them.
Please do not order from here. Don’t be scammed out of £100 odd like I did.

I ordered Air Jordan’s. I know their prices are cheap but the say they are 100% genuine and I’m such a mug I believed them. I emailed customer services to complain but have no response. If you want fakes then fine - if not do NOT buy from here.

Ordered some Jordan 4s in university blue, the quality of this shoe is excellent, ordered them on the 19th October and they arrived on the 5th November. Worth the wait!

Im scoring it 1 because they did arrive after 3 weeks but they are fake!!
