The representative was attentive, but yet she was very much so rushing to take care of me and get me off the line and I had to call her back because she gave me a credit with so I can change my name but when I tried to do the credit it wouldn’t work because it was still in the wrong last name, and I had to call her back and she was trying to rush me through it but we ended up getting it taken care of

I called British Airways due to a cancellation and was disconnected while on hold. This company called me back immediately. After 1 hr and 45 mins on the phone, they charged me when I shouldn't have been charged. They insisted my flight price increased. BA later told me they do not charge for changes when it is there fault that a flight was cancelled. I called back and FlySky insisted they are correct. They received the money, not BA. Do not trust them.

Rick was exceptionally helpful today when I had made a reservation with Expedia. I needed to get a reservation made today due to personal circumstances. I didn't get an itinerary confirmation from Expedia or any other information. I finally called Frontier directly after a couple of hours of not hearing anything from Expedia. I wasn't sure what to do. Rick walked me through the process and was very kind. The reservation information came in from Expedia while Rick and I were on the phone, and he assisted me with getting the reservation from Expedia cancelled.

We were guaranteed seat upgrades (4) on UAL Flight 1418 on 3/25/2024 by Shea Reynolds. We were charged a total of $1,028. She simply put us on the United Airlines wait list with no priority and we did not get the guaranteed upgrade. SkyFly 9 has refused a refund saying something about it being a tax? After several calls they have failed to address the problem.

I worked with Jenny because United canceled my return flight and booked me on another return flight that wouldn't work. Jenny said she was going to cancel that return flight and book me on another return flight with another airline. Instead she canceled my entire trip. I only realized it when I went to check in the day before. Now I'm stuck and can't make my niece's wedding.
