Had to rebook the flight due to too short transfer time at the airport

Booked a flight at flysmarter and after arrival at the destination, I realized that on my way home the transfer time at Houston airport was too small, as you need to go through the whole security check and baggage claim again (eventhough you are only transferring - very weird). Anyway, i contacted flysmarter via email and explained the problem and within 1 hour they rebooked my flight to a more direct flight (1 less transfer) WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.

Usually I don't rate companies online, but i was so happy with this service, I just had to share my experience. Can recommend this booking agency 100%.

Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with this travel agency. They provided very quick responses to modify my travel plans and communicated efficiently with the airline. The communication with the customer was easy and friendly, making the entire process smooth. In case of any inconvenient situations, they offered nice and fast support. Highly recommended!

Perfect, fast and smart service.

FlySmarter was the only one to make the best offer for my planed flight. The service was prompt, very kind and focused. In an unfortunate case of cancellation the process of the refund was generous, fast and easy. A perfect service for the customer. I will definitely come back to FlySmarter in case of further journeys.

The booking process was smooth and all…

The booking process was smooth and all documents have been provided smoothlessly. They were very responsive everytime I had a question/request.
The only time they did not help was when the airline cancelled my flight before I commenced my journey and rebooked me on another flight dropping the upgrade that I had for the cancelled flight.
Therefore 4 stars.
Would I book again? Definitely yes

Full service and refund

I know there are several services bad rated. And you actually just write a review if something doesn't work.
I forgot my passport and had to cancel my flight and book a new one. They answered me in the middle of the night after business and made sure they get a refund.
And they did. After 3 weeks I got an almost full refund of that flight.
I would book again!

no Invoice

This company does not provide an invoice with all the information, does not respond to emails, and answers the phone by sending various emails—one with the charged amount and a different one with the destination. They are incapable of even understanding the problem of needing all in one claiming government regulation. Why all other invoices of the world do? Fly maybe but smarter?

The invoices we are providing are according to government regulations and contains all necessary information. The destination information is on all invoices sent as well as on the e-ticket.

NO communication and no flight ticket confirmation
