Horribly unreliable. Cheap. Out to make money and nothing else. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Nowhere in the process was it communicated that they have a cancellation fee of 1000kr and even when I gave them the requested 3 days notice they insisted that they were right to ask me to pay all because they only care about money.
Made our move simple and efficient. They really went the extra mile given that they had to navigate 100 steps up and down. Super company and very trustworthy! I highly recommend them.
I was notified I need to move in 3 days and Flytma was the only company with good price on such a short notice. I was impressed by the 2 young employees who were very helpful, they contacted me by phone informing me about time of arrival 2 times, they were hard working and very nice people and took good care of all my stuff. They listen to me and place the stuff in the room I asked for without me supervising them. I could not imagine they could move all my stuff in less than 2 hours.
