I paid for a ticket since August 2023 for a flight in December. 2days to my trip i found out the ticket could not be seen on the airline website. i called and called. sometimes i was lucky to get through and the service received was poor. i ended up cancelling the entire trip and i am yet to get a response concerning my refund.
i wanted to give them the benefit of doubt, but this looks like scam to me. i hope to get my refund back some day

Very bad service...costumer service is not answering calls and messages...if you ask questions there reply is"how may i help you"

I found their website when I searching the flights from Sydney to Philadelphia through the travolic, I pre set the price as in Australian dollars, the price from the flyunomundo is A$1595, and other website prices are about A$17xx, I thought it is good deal, before I made the order, I went to the flyunomundo official website to check the price, it showed that US$13XX, I Think the price in Australian dollars is true. then purchased three tickets from them, when I fill all the information on their website, the money was show in Australian dollars, but when I submitted my order, they sent me the confirmation, in which only show $, either in A$, nor in US$, I suddenly fell bad, and then I contacted the website and warned them that won't charge my money until making sure the price is in Australian dollars, the owner of the website did not reply me. on 30th June, the price was going up dramatically to about A$3000, I contacted him again and told him my concern, if he charge me in US$, I won't buy from him, but I was afraid he won't cancel my order, as I had provided my credit card to him. I totally feel scammed and at the first time I stopped my credit card. He then replied me that I never buy at this price again. the invoice he provided me is another different company, no same name, no same address, no same contact number. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SCAMMER!!!

They're a fraud ,booked a flight and they got back to me saying the flight is not available, TWICE, they did it and looked later each time and same EXACT flight is again AVAILABLE for 300.00 MORE. Do not use them,they don't contact you as said nor answer when you call cause you give them your number and they see it and won't answer. Fraud
